I have to say I had the best experience with two wonderful people that went above and beyond. Dr Nicole and P.A Heather. These 2 went way above and beyond to selflessly help me with my health issues. They are the best and I can't thank them enough.

The doctors employed by 98point6 are way less than subpar. The most pointless service ever. They ask a million questions just to refer you to the urgent care or ER.

All the symptoms of flu she told I need to go to urgent care to get positive flu test. The doctor said sounds like u have flu and have a nice day. Terrible service can’t even prescribe tamiflu all the symptoms of flu and 102.3 fever. If I needed to go to urgent care there’s no point in using this service. Do not waste your money.

This company deserves 0 stars and shouldn't even be in business. My employer pays for this service so I set up an account because my son had been sick and developed a ear infection. My son is prone to ear infections after being sick since he was a baby. After getting the account set up the Dr said they couldn't do anything and he
needed to be taken to urgent care. So what's the point of 98point6 if they just refer you to urgent care. It was a complete waste of time and money. I ended up setting up an account with Dr Says/callondoc and had a prescription within 30 min.

If you love getting ignored and dismissed by doctors then this app is for you. Its a complete waste of time and money. They do not care about actually helping.

This app is a waists of time. I am a medical professional and was told that this was a reputable app with fast service and quality care. I have not seen any of that, if anything I have received long waits and every response for myself and my kids was to go to urgent care. The purpose of the app is to not have to go to urgent care. I deleted the app and I would not suggest this app to anyone .

You have no email address for customer satisfaction. It is evident that this service lacks a customer-centric approach, as there are no available options to express concerns or provide feedback. Over the past week, my children have been home sick from school, and we have been cautious about having any visitors. Unfortunately, I have been experiencing symptoms that lead me to suspect I may have contracted strep throat, although I cannot be entirely certain. In an attempt to seek medical advice conveniently, I decided to utilize the 98.6 app, a service provided by our employer. Previously, we had been using Teldoc for the past 20 years, but our employer recently switched to 98.6, which has proven to be an inconvenience and a waste of time, with no added convenience.

During my recent interaction with the 98.6 app, I had the opportunity to consult with Kimberly Callender, FNP-BC, a Nurse Practitioner based in New York, NY. As a provider responsible for handling calls from subscribed employees, it is crucial that her professionalism and respect reflect the value of the service that employers pay for. The purpose of this service is to provide employees with prompt and convenient care, and it is essential that her behavior aligns with this objective.

Unfortunately, my experience with Kimberly Callender was far from satisfactory. After expressing a differing opinion, she abruptly terminated the visit, displaying a lack of professionalism and cowardice. It is concerning to think that someone with such behavior is responsible for caring for patients. I strongly urge you to review her patient transcripts for overall patient satisfaction and consider the impact her actions may have on the reputation of the service.

Have a sinus infection all symptoms get one every year this time wait and hour on app since it’s $5 to have some goofy supposed doctor to tell me to take mucinex in all of 3 mins with 2 questions. Had to go to walk-in clinic and in 10 mins had med I needed. This app is a joke anymore.

I used this service to try to get an antibiotic because i was at work and was trying to get immediate care for a very obvious and extremely painful sinus infection before our pharmacy closed for the day. I have been medically diagnosed with issues with my sinuses and I frequently get sinus infections so I can tell when I have a sinus infection. The clinician "diagnosed" me with viral sinusitis and told I would not be given a prescription. I was just given a list of home "remedies" that I had already been using and told I should start feeling better in 9-10 DAYS!!!!! Since I know that this diagnosis was incorrect, I then went to my family doctor and got the necessary medication within 10 minutes.

Crapola!!!! It’s easier and cheaper to basically self diagnose yourself on WebMD and then try to score some on-line meds from Canada or Mexico.

The so-called doctors do not prescribe medications anymore since Covid started. Everyone clinician is afraid to get sued. It’s utter nonsense

The app was advertised on Banner Aetna's site as an alternative to see your PCP. I spent over an hour registering and answering questions from something that sounded like an AI bot just to be informed at the end of the session that I would need to see my PCP for my health concern. I just needed a refill for my medication.... which would cost me 100% of the copay through my insurance. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME and PIECE OF GARBAGE APP. It is portrayed as an alternative to see your primary doctor, but all it is is a waste of time. Do not use!!!

Doctors were entirely dismissive of me and when I said "no, you're dismissing something that needs actual medication" (I got bacterial conjunctivitis from a kid at the daycare i work at) I was accused of being too hostile and needing to see a PCP (which I can't afford to, hence the use of a cheap telemedicine app). They need to get themselves together and start respecting their patients.

I am a healthcare provider. I am sick with sinusitis. It is a chronic condition - I have had sinus surgery. This happens maybe once or twice a year. The drainage is purulent and somewhat bloody. Temp 99.2 I also have ear canals that are swollen and hot because when I lay down the sinuses drain into the eustachian tubes. I need an antibiotic. I tried 98point6 because I was hoping to get a jump on treatment. She did not even read the intake assessment, as I had to reanswer all of the questions that took me time to type in. The pathetic prescriber told me to get "elderberry" etc. etc. etc. and would not treat me with an antibiotic. What the hell is wrong with new doctors? How horrible is healthcare becoming?? Save your time, go to your primary provider, or go to an urgent care clinic, but see someone in person - this is neither safe nor convenient.

This is supposed to be a telemedicine site, touting you can use it for Primary Care. In reality you cannot. All the Dr. Did was recommend I be seen in person by a PCP. I have a god awful rash that no cream will help but all they did was prescribe another cream and will not give oral medications. Save your money and go to MDLive or Teledoc, at least they write prescriptions, making the 90 dollar visit worth it. Welcome to the virtual fleecing of uninsured Americans
