Went to visit the Manchester office to upgrade my engagement ring. It was a really nice experience and the lady was really knowledgeable and helpful. I did not order anything there and then as I wanted to think about it now I had all the information. I then decided and ordered on the website, I messed up my order, Lee from customer services was there to help and sorted it out for me straight away. I am really happy with choice and purchase given all the help and guidance I received.

A warm a friendly welcome at reception. The building was quite difficult to find but I was assisted upstairs to the reception area. The customer service was good and I felt the young lady assisting was knowledgeable about diamonds, ring type and sizes, quality and cut etc.

I got my wife’s engagement ring from 77 Diamonds a few years ago. The experience was outstanding which led me to seek them out again to purchase an eternity ring for her 50th birthday. Visited the Manchester branch, service was perfect, very welcoming, very informative, ordered my diamond although they advised it could take a few weeks to arrive, the diamond arrived within 8 days just in time for our anniversary, the diamond price was the best I could find if I ever purchase again 77 Diamonds will be my first call.
