No free rrturns, clothes sizes are off.
Their sizes are messed up. I paid £6.39 for postage you'd expect free returns right. Don't think so, spent another £5 for return. 11.39 for postage and return for cheaply made clothes, poor quality and wrong size. Wrong towel sent, trunks small, jogging bottoms and hoodie too long, sleeve hanging off and trousers for my son who normally wears this size from M&S so that's the sizes I ordered and it was completely off. I would avoid this place, they have no empathy. Especially if your struggling and children grow up fast, you want to get them something, but come on no free return, clothes awfully sizes and made, the communication via email didn't head anywhere, Olive refused prepaid returns. I would never buy from here again, as a disabled single parent on benefit. They made my life hell, I had to post outside. I have told all my friends and family, warned everyone I DONT RECOMMEND!

I ordered 7 t shirts size 2xl and when they arrived one of the t-shirts was xl , when i complained they wanted to see photographic evidence which I sent them then they asked if I wanted a refund of 50% of one t-shirt, I said I prefer to have a t-shirt sent , the next thing I knew they made a refund to my card which I didn't want , will never use this company again !!!!!!!!

Terrible customer service after all items not recieved!
Ordered 3 shorts and only 2 was delivered, with NO contact or info regarding the other not sent. After msging to find out where the other one was I was only then told that it was out of stock!. I was told to pick another one. I chose one, which only cost £1.49 more than the original one I ordered. I was told to PayPal this an then the ordered will be dispatched- after sending payment it still wasn't sent and I was told the info will be sent to a relevant department and they will handle as soon as possible! This is absolutely ridiculous and pathetic all for £1.49. Terrible customer service. This was a fault on their part an they couldn't just waver the 1.49 more and send it to me, instead make a long procedure after i already PAID in the first place. A fault of theirs should be covered by them. Talk about a great way to lose customers!
