Great products and next day delivery. I have used 4x4AT a few times now and every product and purchase has been perfect.

I wish I had read the 1-star reviews before I had purchased something from 4x4At.com as they rang true from my experience as well.

Bought a seal kit for the tail gate specified for our 2023 D-max – once received, watched the install video and there was no way that it would fit like the video’s truck, which was not a D-max (should have known better as it looks like they sell visually the same seals for different makes of pickup – how can it possibly fit all of them) It was expensive for what it was and I was not prepared to start chopping it up to make it fit either. E-mailed them to say I wanted to return it un-used as it wouldn’t fit as advertised and was sent a returns form and had to pay to return it – no prepaid label was offered. Once they had it back, they phoned me to check why it was returned and I thought that was that. Over two weeks later I checked my bank, and no refund had been sent, so I phoned them again to chase it. No explanation for not refunding, but this time I also asked the man if I would get the postage back as well because the product wouldn’t fit and I bought it in good faith that it would - I was told no, that wasn’t their policy, they would just refund the price of the item. I was then refunded 3 or 4 working days later.

So nearly £15 down for the postage costs for them to send it to me and me to send back, neither of which were refunded and I had to find an alternative solution which thankfully was significantly cheaper on Chinese shopping sites. Like others here I used their own product review system on their website and product page – left the product 1 star and a description of the issues and postage costs and surprise surprise, like others, the review has not been posted to the page, so the next purchaser is going to have the same frustrating issues.

Overall, a really poor experience and they clearly don’t care much about their customer's experience or their reputation to operate in such a manner – I will not be shopping there again.

Needed a new LED strip for the back of my truck canopy - ordered it on line in the afternoon and the desired strip arrived the next day in perfect condition. The guide suggested an hour to fit but it probably took less than 5 minutes. One happy customer!

The 4x4AT Team made it very easy and calmed my concern transacting across the pond. Robert was brilliant throughout the process...exceeded my expectations. The bonnet scoop (or as we Americans call it a "hood" scoop) is just simply awesome and the color match is terrific. Appreciate the solid experience, will likely purchase from these guys again.

I just bought a new seal for a used canopy that I have. The seal came promptly and I fit it easily, like for like. I’m now struggling to wire the canopy as the connector blocks were cut off by whoever took it off. The team at 4x4AT have been very helpful imparting their knowledge of fitting and wiring these canopies even though it wasn’t purchased through them .

What a place if you have a 4x4 it was great, I wanted a bonnet protector do you know what I got one, and a fantastic looking front grill AND some of the LED rear lights, yeah I spent a few quid but if you car'nt spend on your truck then what can you spend it on?Great place!
