I am holding on the phone for their customer service while writing this review. It is second time I try to reach their CS and I have spent 90 mins waiting last time.
Today I have called and luckily my call has been picked up very soon BUT the guy was in attitude and not helpful. He is rude. He just said will direct me to CS and leave me on hold until now.
They charged us since 9/26 and never inform us they are out of stock, they said they will contact me back for order status but never. Tracking information for my order on the website that FAKE. I have already told all of my co-workers not buying from this company anymore. It will be horrible experience.

By the way, I am still on holding.......for 40 mins....

Service is going downhill. Wait on hold for over an hour every time I call. Back order parts never show up. 20 year customer and was my go to formJeep and Truck mods.. Sad to say so long but as a consumer I am sick of customer last attitude and my money goes to service first.

Ordered $600 worth of wheels etc. 10 items from thier 75% clearance.THEY CHARGED MY CARD
Recieved a call 2 days later stating all of the prices were wrong but if I pay more money they will honor the order. I spent over an hour ordering and getting the sizes right for nothing and they charged my card.
Do not waist your time with these crooks.

I purchased the Fox 2.0 Performance Series Coilover IFP shocks 983-02-050 for my 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 XLT from 4Wheel Parts (4WP).

Prior to installing these, I had factory struts with a 1.5" leveling kit. I purchased the Fox Coilovers from 4wp because the manufacturer (Fox) and you said these shocks are adjustable 0"-2" above stock height and come pre-adjusted at 2". I loved that they could just be thrown on without adjusting these. According to your advertisements, and that is why I bought them.

Here's the problem. I got the Fox Coilovers installed, and my truck sits exactly 1.5" inches lower than before. These lowered my truck lower than it was with factory struts that had a 1.5" leveling kit on them.

Obviously, these are not pre-loaded correctly. Therefore, I took my truck to 4WP, to have them pulled off, and adjusted correctly. My truck was there for 8 hours. 4WP said they can't adjust them because they're maxed out, and told me that, according to the manufacturer (Fox) they come pre-set and can't be adjusted any higher. They didn't even try or bother to figure it out.

How is that possible?? How does your product that you advertise to be adjustable from 0"-2" above stock height now sit exactly 1.5" lower? It's obvious these are not adjusted to the correct height and you refused to help and since they're installed, you won't allow me to return them. Because if they are in fact, maxed out at the highest point, then these are no good, they literally lowered my truck to stock height.

It's obvious these simply weren't set correctly by Fox and you refused to do anything... Ben at the counter told me, to call Fox, no, this is the product you sell, stand behind your product, and support your customers.

Another issue, when I took my truck in at a time I scheduled in advanced, and asked 4wp to throw on the control arms since you're in there, you acted put out, saying "well, then I don't know if I can get your truck done" its one extra bolt on each side... jfc

Anyway, I called Jack-it in SLC, and spoke to them, they knew exactly what I was talking about, and said this is actually common - that Fox will send these at 0 inches, and confirmed they are not maxed out after taking my truck to them. Now I have to pay another shop, to set these where they should have been initially set in the first place.

Placed an order on the website. never received it. Sent 3 emails with no response. Spent 63 minutes on hold and then was hung up on.

customer service was a joke. Had to call credit card company to get my money back for items i never received

After placing the order I received a confirmation email, and then later, an email stating my order had been shipped.
I checked UPS tracking and saw that only a label was created. I attempted to cancel the order through customer service, who lied saying the order had been shipped. Three days afterwards, the UPS tracking number failed to verify what I was told by customer service.
I do NOT recommend using this company. Other more reliable companies exists, such as Car parts.com, and other businesses like AutoZone, or companies selling on eBay and Amazon.

Make sure to get Kris - the awesome military veteran, very knowledgeable about Jeeps (etc!), cares about customers and takes care of them guy!
4WP is lucky to have him.

Worst customer service. No help they won’t work with you . Bad place to go for anything

This is the worst customer service ever. Went in to the Sheridan store and waited more than 20 minutes only to have one for "their boys" walk in and get immediate service (whether this is true or not, perception is everything). Nothing more frustrating!! I will NOT be back! There are too many quality companies out their that want to treat people with respect and earn their business.

I'm still waiting on a response of them just sending me a few bolts and washers instead of my stabilizer mount like I ordered,, guess they don't care what their business looks like and or their customers,, oh well we can't make them.. lol

Online customer service stinks. Asked a simple question about the parts they shipped me twice with on answer. Now I am unsure if I can use them and now it's too late to return. The parts I did order took over a month so ship. When I inquired about it I received no answer. Then found the item's ready for pick up and a Purolator depot. I never did receive a tracking number.

This company cannot get out of its own way. Go to Real Truck. They know what they are doing. I ordered 2 items. First order they sent the wrong part. Instead of cancelling the first order they canceled the second (wrong order). Then they explained they canceled the second order because it was back ordered but still never cancelled the first order. What a cluster. I had to dispute with my credit card company. What a joke. Ordered exact same parts from Real Truck...no problems.

What happened to this vendor?

They used to be great. I've had nothing but problems lately. Their customer service number is an absolute joke. They will just put you on permanent hold if they don't have an answer for you. I've been a customer for over 10 years. They won't get another dime from me.

Ordered a set of Ironman 35-12.5-20 tires that were on sale on 4WheelParts website on 4/26/22 to be shipped to one of their stores in Portland. Received a confirmation email with no additional tracking info. I called the Portland store I had them shipped to after a month and their response was they had no way to track the tires (seriously? You sell the tires and have no way to track my order?). They tried to upsell me a set they had in stack but I decided to wait a little longer. I emailed their website with the order number requesting updated information but never received a response. It is now 6/11/22 and I have decided to pull the plug on this order since nobody can provide me any information. I called the Portland store to cancel my order. After being put on hold for 15 minutes they asked why and said I was tired of waiting for my order and given no updates through email or phone message. They quickly responded "Thanks, Your order is canceled good-bye." with no effort to make things right. I will never do business with this company again, nor will I recommend them based on my experience. After listening to their on-hold message for 15 minutes I found nothing true about their statements made regarding customer satisfaction being their utmost concern.

They are unable to match parts to your vehicle and will send you the wrong parts and then make it impossible to return. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I ordered 4 rims from them that showed in stock. The website stated a turnaround time of 2-5 days for my order to ship. I waited 10 days and still got no update to my order. I called customer service and was on hold for just over an hour and was then hung up on. I called back and got the runaround about how they were having inventory issues and that my items would ship soon. I again waited an additional WEEK and still nothing. I called customer service again and had to tell them that if my stuff didn’t ship by close of business that day, I was going to the nearest location to get my money or my stuff. They finally shipped out my stuff almost a month after it was promised. Rims were as described and beautiful but customer service from this place is almost nonexistent!

Complete joke of a company. Waited nearly a month for any update at all about my $1200 order that was claimed to be "in stock" when I purchased. No response from customer service at all, and over an hour wait on hold when I try to call. Likely going to have to charge back with my card provider. Absolutely shameful business practices

I bought a bulletproof lift 12" and they installed it and from day one nothing but issues would not drive down the street straight kept wandering made noise the drive shaft made noise in the front The center Carrier for the front axle was off to one side not installed straight They reinstalled a rubber boot for the steering and didn't do it correct and it ripped and I had to drive it around until I got 1100 miles and then I finally noticed it At that point the inner ball is starting to wear out and now is pretty worn out and it's not their problem they're not gonna do anything about it but a one piece drive shaft from them they installed it with the wrong bolts not their problem they're not going to do anything about it This has been a complete s*** show from day one I would never ever take a vehicle that i would never recommend them ever amend them ever their rating is less than 1 star It is negative 5. A $15000 lift with gears included drives like a $300 lift They're liars they don't tell the truth they try to blow smoke up your a** like you're stupid When I got it back the front steering hit when you turned all the way one direction it hit the coil over and bend it end it not their problem they said that's bulletproof's problem.

They wasted my time!! I was in need of bushings for my vehicle and called a bushing manufacture, Energy Suspension. I spoke with their team, acquired part numbers and was told that I should call 4Wheel Parts who can submit the order.

Once they suggested 4 Wheel Parts I thought "perfect, I already have an account with them"

However, this experience has been LESS than acceptable as I've called 4Wheel Parts and gone through the exact same process of explaining what I am looking for, providing part numbers and being told that 'we have a new system, these parts aren't in it, we have to add them and then will call you back to finalize the order"

This has been told to me 3x from 3 different people on 3 separate calls and no one has actually followed through on their promise. The final guy said that there was nothing on my account, so that means the first 2 people didn't even do anything!

After repeated attempts, I reached out to Mirella Guitron (Customer service manager at the company) and CC'ed Matt Boone, a Vice President at corporate.

(Btw, if anyone wants to reach them directly their email format is just last name at 4wheelparts.com)

So after reaching out to the Redondo location 3x and then following up with Mirella 3x, no one has bothered to help their customer.

I will NEVER buy anything from them again, there is no excuse for such a lack of customer support.
