4 Seasons Outdoor Omdömen 

A few years back, I have purchased a "Siesta Premium cantilever parasol" and a cover for it, via one of their retailers in the UK.

I am still extremely pleased with my product, and many of my guests are amazed by the quality and robustness of this piece of garden equipment compared to the very light similar equipment you can find elsewhere.

So... maybe yes, my purchase now dates back to 5 years, but because even now I have met some issues with the cover of the parasol, the 4SO client service took time to answer all my questions over many emails and to find a solution to my problem. And they quickly shipped a new cover to me to replace the defective one.

I remember that when I was looking for a cantilever parasol back then, 4SO client service already answered to many of my questions about this product and, guided me towards the closest retailer for my purchase.

It's always a pleasure to deal with very courteous and knowledgeable staff, who are very prompt to answer to emails.

We were really excited about finally being able to afford to purchase what we thought was good quality garden furniture. When it arrived it looked amazing. Not for long. A strip on the top of the table started to lift. We contacted 4 seasons who agreed to send out a new table. While the delivery men were putting it together I noticed they were trying to put the new table top on the old legs. I went out to question it and they made out they hadn't realised the huge box behind them contained the new legs that needed putting together.
When we sat at the table we noticed the finish on the 2nd table wasn't very good at all, definitely not for the price we had paid for it. We also noticed that a couple of the planks were split. We made enquiries regarding the quality and were told it was because it is real wood. What about our 5 Year warranty ??! We contacted them on 10th May, still waiting for a phonecall !! We work hard to earn our money to save for what we always hope is quality items. Not this time, very very VERY disappointed

Poor quality, Poor workmanship and non existant warranty. To be told to expect the table to split at the cost of £1500 and this is acceptable is a joke. If that is the case why are you mis-selling the products ??

Ik heb bij deze winkel een 4-seizoenen parasol besteld, in de verwachting een nieuw product te ontvangen. De levering begon al slecht: de bezorger kwam ruim twee uur te laat zonder duidelijke communicatie.

Toen de parasol eindelijk werd geleverd, bleek direct dat het product duidelijk gebruikt was en absoluut niet nieuw. Er waren zichtbare gebruikssporen en beschadigingen. In plaats van dit professioneel op te lossen, kwam de bezorger met een absurd voorstel: €50 korting én een spuitbus verf om de beschadigingen zelf “bij te werken”.

Dat is echt onacceptabel. Als klant betaal je voor een nieuw product, niet voor een gebruikte parasol die je zelf moet gaan opknappen. Het voelt alsof dit bedrijf hoopt dat klanten dit zomaar accepteren.
Zeer onprofessionele service, slechte kwaliteitscontrole en totaal geen respect voor de klant. Ik raad deze winkel absoluut niet aan.

We recently purchased 4 Seasons Outdoor garden furniture for over €10,000, including the Nevada Sardinia dining set and the Sardinia chaise longue lounge set. Precisely because of the premium appearance, reputation and price level, we deliberately chose 4SO.

After unpacking and assembling, we unfortunately came across several points that we absolutely do not expect from an A-brand in this price range.

On several dining chairs, small cracks are visible on the underside of the legs and the coating/paint around the plastic rubbers already loosens slightly. Also, various plastic nobs show damage as if the chairs had been previously installed or used. In addition, black swipe/stripe markings are visible on multiple legs.

Furthermore, we found small scratches where simply coating seems to have been applied. On one part there was even a damage taped with painter's tape. To be honest, we found the latter the most disappointing — not because of the size of the damage, but because it is apparently found acceptable to deliver it to customers in this way.

Also, the included rubber spacers between the table top and base do not stick properly, so that they are loose between the top and frame. In the meantime, even one of the 4 Seasons Outdoor ornamental emblems is already loose.

The lounge chair itself is otherwise neat, but there is also damage to the rectangular lounge sofa.

Don't get us wrong: it's mostly relatively minor damage. But especially with a premium brand you expect a high level of finish and strict quality control. We are very economical with our stuff and therefore seriously wonder what this damage means in the long term for the coating and possible corrosion or rusting.

What is extra frustrating is that 4 Seasons Outdoor does not seem to provide a direct public contact channel and directly refers to the point of sale. Especially with a premium brand, you would expect quality signals to be taken seriously directly.

Hopefully this review will be seen as feedback that actually does something with, because in terms of design we think the sets are beautiful — but the first impression in terms of finish and quality control simply does not match the expectations that 4 Seasons Outdoor itself radiates.

We've owned a 4SO cantilever parasol for over 8 years. It was a little bit more expensive than some of it's competitors but it's robust, really well constructed, is easy to operate, looks great and has served us well for far longer than we anticipated. However, after 8 years of exposure to the sun's UV rays, the canopy was starting to look a bit 'thin' in places. So we contacted 4SO Customer Service and they immediately arranged for a replacement canopy. The new canopy arrived yesterday and it took less than 30 mins to remove the old one and fit the new one. Our 4SO parasol is now back to its best and ready for more years in the sun. Our experience with 4SO products and their UK customer service has been excellent and I would strongly recommend them if you're looking for outdoor furniture.

I bought a table from the 4 seasons outdoor brand and I had an amazing support when I needed. The table is sturdy and I believe it will last many many years as the wood is of high quality.

Although we waited a long time for the company to get in touch with us, the engineer was very good & repaired our furniture really well & checked over the rest as well

Wow, what an incredible company!
We purchased some outdoor furniture quite a few years ago and have been very happy with it. Recently my daughter left a Babybel wax cover on the cushion in the boiling hot sun and sadly the wax melted onto the cushion. I rang 4 Seasons and spoke to a very helpful man called Harry, he advised me to try and gently jet wash it away and to contact him again if that didn’t work. The stain remained so I rang back and Harry organised for a new cushion to be sent free of charge. The service from this company is outstanding and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase more furniture in the future. Yes it is more expensive but the quality and service are excellent and worth every penny! Thank you 4 Seasons!

The products are Nice but impossible to have a price and the customer support is very poor . And i am a customer who bought already about 6k euros of their material but absolutely no recognition no service nada

Prachtig tuinset tafel bladert blad gebroken, zaak waar wij drie jaar geleden hebben gekocht definitief gesloten wel gemeld, geen enkele reactie. 4 seasons slecht te bereiken zitten nu met kapotte gebladerde tafel voor heel veel geld gekocht schandalig

Natasha was fantastic, I needed a replacement parasol cloth and having been let down and fobbed off by Shackletons I contacted 4SO hq to vent my frustration. Natasha immediately sorted the issue and even compensated me for the troubles which I think is a credit to the company. Well done 👏

We bought the Capri low dining set online from Shackletons Home & Garden (who initially didn't place the order with 4SO, but who sorted it quickly after a quick follow up call).

The chairs and table are fantastic though and we're super happy with them - really comfortable and somehow more relaxing than normal height chairs! Strange, but true :)

I purchased our 4 Seasons outdoor furniture from Shackletons. They were exceptional with their patience and assisting me choosing the correct combination at a very competitive price. The arranged delivery exactly as expected. 4 Seasons delivery company were helpful and professional. They quality of the furniture looks very good, so hoping it will retain its looks against time and the elements.

We purchased our outdoor furniture from Rowan Garden Centre. The service there was immaculate, they provided us with enough information for us to make an informed decision. The furniture is absolutely stunning, comfortable and very good quality. The post purchase confirmation and delivery from 4seasons for impeccable! Here’s to get 5 years wear out of it at least.

We purchased our 4 Seasons Sussex garden furniture 5 years ago. We had a small problem with the weave and collars. I emailed Natasha who promptly emailed me back. A technician came out within four days and repaired the furniture. The furniture still looks like new due to the high quality materials used . The after sales care (Natasha) are professional, courteous and efficient. I would highly recommend 4 Seasons garden furniture.
