I feel like scam
I bought 500m gold in silkroad r ephesus server almost a month ago. They still don't give me the gold. They say ''sorry no stock now come back later''. There is no exact time no guarantee. It has been a month and i'm still waiting my gold.

I ordered 100 gold from them first, everything seemed on the up and up though their customer service couldn't seem to get me a straight answer on delivery time, then I ordered 500g, took longer than advertised but they had the best prices on gold so I was happy.
Then I went to purchase 2000 gold from them, 36 hours goes by with no delivery so I go into support chat, suddenly they want me to email them a picture of my credit card with last 4 digits (the only ones that really matter) and the expiration date and all or my photo id. Either one could be used to do some pretty awful stuff, and since I'm paying through paypal there is no need for this information, paypal does all the necessary authentication and fraud protection.
I smell a scam, I knew this company was too good to be true.

befor i buy from them i went to live chat and asked if there is a stock and i was told that it would be delivered in 30 mins.
i paid by ukash and it has been +24 hours and nothing so i went to live chat again and they will always use that frase to stall me " once we ready we will mail it to you ".
and when i ask for refund they will always use that frase to stall me "for your payment i will leave a message to manager once he is back , he willl deal with your payment ".
so i wont get the gold and i wont get refund.

I purchased some gold from 3zoom, they were the ONLY people who knew my email address associated with the account. I used a completely different and never-used-anywhere else password when I purchased from 3zoom (So they didn't get the password from the account I created on their site and use it on the game), but they turned around and ran some sort of dictionary attack to find out my password from my game account, broke in, and stole all of the gold I purchased from them back! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! No, I do not have spyware or anything else like that on my system as I have the top antivirus programs and malware/keylogger scanners always running. They were definitely the ones who broke in, I have no doubts.
Very Slow delivery and very poor customer service.
The website may tell you that delivery is guaranteed in 30 minutes, but do not trust it. I was told they needed a couple of hours to gather the gold. Then i was told they only deliver the gold at midnight. After 24 hours I was told the same thing as the day before. It has now been over 24 hours and I have still not seen any gold. They seem to be safe, but not very reliable and the customer support will tell you whatever you need to hear to be happy, whether it is the truth or not. One person Ellie says they will farm the gold themselves so they will get me the gold soon, then Eve gets on and says the farmers will only deliver at midnight and they aren't farming any gold for me. So just be aware that you may be waiting for a couple of days if not more. Even if they tell you they have it in stock, do not believe them.

Safe,Trustfull and good people working on it
so i decided to stop playing lineage 2 and i've try to sell my account on my own,atfer posting in some forum and contacting people randomly in game trought shouts the 99% of people that i meet till it was full failure and some with bad review even after i make a research of them,it happen me because it's my first time selling an account to be honest.. anyway in one of some random forum,an angel pm me and tell me to use the service of 3zoom (i knew the site already,but don't know why never did on first step and not the last) however i did it,everything with the agreements seens neat and safe for me,after some weeks, we (me and 3zoom) sold the account thanks to their site and system and i got paid the exactly quanty i ask for, and now i'm gonna use that money to buy a x-mass gift to them..
i'm actually gonna sell two more account to see if i have a luck and 3zoom finds me a buyer =) !! thx to all the group tha work in that site i can't be more pleased

3zoom is a serious run company that pride itself on trust with its clients. The owner doesn't have a scam and run mentality, they want to be here serving its people long term. All the bad reviews (1-star) are incoherent and usually dealing with accounts that were scammed by the original seller which isn't 3zoom's fault. All buyers of lineage2 account must know there is an inherent risk. Also in one of the 1-star review, he's actually dumb enough to contact ncsoft regarding the account. Anyways, I'm not saying 3zoom is perfect, no one is. But one thing I know, 3zoom isn't here to scam you outright and run, that's one thing I know. Do your own research and take responsibility for your own action.

After years of dealing with 3Zoom, I have to say that I have nothing but bad things to say about them now. They did not receive 1 star only because to some degree they won't rob you cold blind. But outside of that, slow delivery, education level that of a 10 year old who cannot understand that VIP Diamond/Gold status IS IMPORTANT. Their "manager" is always unavailable and if that is really the case, there are no system setup that their employees can take some responsibility as far as handling basic issues.
They so far have not took my money and run, reason it's not 1-star. You almost always have to submit a Paypal Dispute in order to get your money back. Asking nicely and waiting for 5 days is TOTALLY USELESS. Paypal Dispute right away to get anything done.
BUT would I deal with them again? I'm not sure. In this industry, trust is everything and it seems that trust is broken from their lack of mature system of customer response and their seemingly elusive phantom "manager" that either does not exist or the person chatting is "pretending" their manager is not around only to play games with you.

Everything went as planned, money revieved
Hi, I sold my Aion account through 3zoom. At first I was very skeptical due to the bad reviews but decided seeing as I was quitting the game that I would give it a shot.
I listed the account on a contract for $700, meaning 3zoom listed it on thier site for $999. Three days after being listed a buyer was found and I nervously submitted my account details to them. I had been instructed that in 5 days from then I would receive the funds in my paypal account.
Today is the 5th day and I am pleased to report that I have received the payment in full of $700, which after fees translated into £402.50 sterling and the money is now in my bank account.
Everything happened as the company originally advised, and despite an anxious wait everything is now Thumbs Up!.
My only negative comment would be that they are difficult to understand on the phone and it is best to communicate with them though the text-based 24/7 live online chat.

And two days ago, bought the gold from them again. also got it as the time they stated. So i think till now, no problem. It is trusty.

THEY WILL SAY THEY ARE SELLING YOUR ACCOUNT AND LOG IN TO CHG YOUR INFO AND CHG INORMATION. I TRACKED THE IP BACK TO THEY DOMAIN HOST! THEY DENIED IT OF COURSE, BUT I HAVE THE PROOF.

Fraud Company. Sold Two Lineage 2 Accounts Never Worked. Scam Stay Away
Purchased 2 accounts for Lineage 2 back in June 2010. After finally coming back from overseas to play them for the first time, I tried to login for the first time and BOTH of them didn't work. I tried contacting 3ZOOM who provided information to contact NCSOFT to fix them. After contacting NCSOFT, they informed me the information is not right and said the accounts were both banned without an appeal. 3ZOOM on the other hand refuses to refund or even exchange for new accounts. I never got to play any of these accounts and now I am out $750.
I guess I should have known as 3ZOOM is a chinese based company who appears to being selling stolen accounts.
I plan to post this on as many websites I can and will remove this as soon as these compensate for the loss. In the meantime, I would strongly advise that you don't buy from this company.
The above person (Ruby) is clearly working for this company because there is no way this company is legit. The company is clearly based in China and my belief is they are selling botted and/or stolen accounts.
