I'm not really a computer user but I did venture into using 3ngines with an excellent result, I managed to acquire a genuine used Mercedes engine with low miles and greater warrantie included.

3ngines is a gem of a website. I literally saved myself 300 pounds getting it from their suppliers direct actually costs more so 3ngines get volume discount for securing the deal.

Called for questions and all questions were answered and ordered an engine! Received the engine in a timely manner! Installed it and it runs great!

A quite established service over the years past my brother and I have ran a garage seeking engines for our clients. We mostly end up choosing 3ngines.com for all our professional needs.

Absolutely do not use. So before taking making an order I phoned to clarify a few details. I spoke to a lady on the telephone who completely miss informed me on price I was then urged to make payment online as opposed to over the telephone. I received an invoice for the a deposit amount not the full
Amount. I paid deposit amount if nearly £200. I then received another invoice from the supplier of the engine(this company is acting as a third party, a middle man) the deposit amount was infact their cut . The invoice I received from actual supplier and the terms of the surcharge being returned equated to and £800.00 difference in the price I was told on the telephone by 3nigines, so I was completely mislead. I decided to not continue with order because of the cost and being mislead. I purchase a like for like engine much cheaper else where. 3nigines have refused to return my deposit that was put forward on a complete false pretence and misinformation. It transpires that if there is any kind of problem you can not speak to a person, that can only be done by email. They now won’t respond. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE. There provide no real customer service. No after service. They simply charge you more for something you can get at a better price elsewhere where and then pass you off.

I was absolutely helpless getting anywhere but even being old and inexperienced at this I found it to be very simple and with safe payment options available

The engine I received was in EXCELLENT condition ! The guys at 3ngines.com were very honest. I originally purchased an engine from them but it wasn’t to their standards so they did not sale it to me. I waited a week & they reached back out with another top notch engine. It was delivered without issue & they communicated everything properly through the whole process

Only days after buying a car i needed a new engine, we bought this privately so no warranty However we saw the engine needed for 280 pounds less than anywhere else via their online service. They didn't disappoint. 5 star for the service completed.
