Fake agency. Never trust them.

Absolute con! I was pressured into getting my deposit in on time to start the course as it is almost full.
I received no schedule ahead of my class and when I turned up on my start date I was informed that the whole company has gone into liquidation.

I am fuming. I had a plan and you have messed up my life for now!

I still stand by my previous 1* review to which I was immediately contacted by the company 2 months ago to take it down and they will guarantee me PAID work! Clearly I would not be writing this review if I'm happy with the service 360gsp is offering . This is not right to what you doing to digital marketing graduates . After you fired half of your previous staff in 2019 , you keep quiet and leave your graduate students to chase up with their progress in the digital marketing industry. Your priority is your students welfare and satisfaction. Clearly I was wrong . Anyone reading this comment do yourself a favour and go to the digital marketing institute website and do the course there for half price of what 360gsp is offering !

Company has ceased trading and has failed to inform me prior to attending 2nd course booking made for today (14/11/19).

Am now going through insolvency company process.

I found out about this training centre through a friend. I got the appointment and an advisor took me through course details. She was very helpful and friendly and showed me the right path. She gave me time to go and check for myself for further consultation. I came after a day and I got all my questions answered. The advisor(Shakes) was very friendly and helpful. I felt like speaking to a friend. I joined the course and hopefully move toward a bright future. Highly recommended. 👍

I came in for consultation about IT and I did enjoy every bit as it was very easy to understand what the course entailed. I got new ideas and a broader view on the IT sector. Also the person who attended to me was very friendly as this made me feel very relaxed and calm as to be explained.

Amazing experience, can not thank 360 GSP enough as they helped me change my career completely. As it was a new challenge for me they booked repeat classes for me whenever I called them and once they arranged a one to one in a very short notice. Can not ask for more and would recommend 360 GSP to anyone who is serious about their career. It is indeed hard work as they are providing training and I certainly did put the work and here I am now working in IT. Many thanks to all support team and Sam, Dai and Zoltan , Angel, who are amazing mentors.

Totally rubbish! Massive waste of money, time and energy!!!

1. You have to pay more than £ 1k extra for the DMI course which you can easily learn by yourself from the comfort of your home, instead of going to their centre 8 hours x day, 2 days a week!!
2. The programme is not well structured and really confusing, they explain how to build websites and graphics skills at the same time as the DMI subjects which misdirect your attention every week and don't understand what prioritize!
3. Customer service absolutely inexistent!!
4. Workshops about the recruiting process quite poor pieces of information, you can find much better informations on google and for free!
5. fake promises about job guaranteed it will never happen!
6. Fake advertising if you refer a friend( which I did, I still haven't seen anything after more than 7 months, not even an email) you get £250 or a mini iPad!!

Stay really far away, enrol online on the DMI website for the right amount of money and learn from the comfort of your home with no stress and fake expectations, same for website skills and graphic design!!!

They only want your money with nothing in exchange!

I am a junior developer student. I attended HTML, CSS, java script and C# classes. HTML, CSS and Java Script classes were good. But C# classes were not that good.

I am completely not happy with their dealing style. I got a very big difference in their dealing style before and after enrolment. I have enrolled myself for IT silver package in last September. As my agreement, my schedule was Thursday and Friday but they could not offer instead they offered me Monday and Tuesday. I called them and they told me I can only start in November for Thursday and Friday. Within a week I have sent them an email regarding the cancellation of my enrollment and refund my money. I also called DivideBuy (Loan Provider) for cancellation. But DivideBuy told me to contact the retailer (360 GSP). I have emailed them and call them so many times but they did not respond to me. Though I have requested them to cancel my enrollment, they tried to take money from my account. After blocking them from my bank account, I got one email from 360 GSP, asking me the reason for cancellation. I have sent them reasons and requested for refund but getting nothing so far.

I just finished my second module of the programme(Comptia Network+) and now preparing to take the certification exam in a few days time. The delivery of the module was superb and did not fall short of my expectation as all relevant areas were covered both theoretically and practically.The module touched on all aspects of network configurations such as the OSI model and TCP/IP protocol suites and various network security mechanisms. My next module, certified ethical hacking (CEH) starts in four weeks time, and I can't wait to get started as I am confident it will be exciting, fun and informative like the previous two modules.

Very impressed with th facilites and the trainers, course advisors are very patient and knowlegable, have been offered a professional course in IT which ive been looking to enrol in for a while, i am really happy that i made the decison to come to 360gsp.

Enquired about a course last year and at the time I wasn't quite ready to enrol on a course. I came back 10 months later and am now in a better position to start my career in IT. I enrolled on the Cyber Security course and have had my consultation and have been allocated my classes, online learning materials and course ware. I am very happy with 360 GSP and I am looking forward to starting my course.

Overall the course was excellent, I have learned a lot of new things and got a deeper understanding about networks and how they work, thanks to an incredible teacher Mr dai. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to start an IT career, to go through the course.

Excellent place to gain key I.T cerfications, and step into the I.T industry. Job guarantee also helps with exceptional assistance in gaining employment and work experience. Building facilities is very pleasant and state of the art. The lecturers are very friendly and always go that extra mile to help you understand the methodology. I can't recommend this company enough!

I have been with 360 GSP since June 2019. It has been 4 months. I have recently passed my Digital Marketing Institute: Certified Professional Digital Marketing Version 8 exam.

I am enjoying the course so far.
