3000rpm was started way back in 2000 (yes nearly 13 years ago!) Back then it was a one man band working out the back of a van going to computer fairs. Through hard work we have expanded to having a retail shop, a very busy computer repair centre and a large warehouse carring over 2000 different products to cater for our online customers. The success story of 3000rpm would not be possible if we didnt treat our customers with the utmost respect. We go out of our way to explain and help all our customers in making choices in an area which lets be honest can be quite complicated. We would just like to thank all of our customers and staff for helping us along this journey and we will continue to bring big things in the coming years.

I was informed in detail of what they would attempt and given a probable time frame. I was given information no others had given in the past which was a plus. Repaired Samsung tablet - I took in my broken tablet and 3000rpm phoned me back the same day with a reasonable quote for parts and time. They estimated the work would be done by the end of the week and true to word it was. Communication from 3000rpm was excellent as they keep you updated via text and also telephoned me. I highly recommend this company for any repairs you might require.

These guys saved my life
These guys saved my life! I’m a professional photographer but somehow managed to wipe three years of irreplaceable work from my portable hard drive (which wasn’t backed up anywhere else). Yansen, one of 3000rpm’s engineers, repaired my drive and it’s all back to normal. Can’t thank him enough.

Would definitely recommend. We had a screen replaced on an iPhone, unfortunately the part replaced was faulty which was discovered overnight, but when we returned with the phone the next day, they rectified it and replaced it straightaway. No further problems and we were impressed with how they dealt with the replacement.

Took my laptop in to get a new screan. Was ready in a day and I was very happy with the price, so took my phone in after being told the charging port was needing renewed to be told it was just a bit blocked with fluff, so very honest!
