Terrible quality, return policy & customer service
I ordered a dress that did match the tiny color "swatch" on-line but the style looked terrible in the color I ordered, and in fact, looked VERY cheap. It is partly my fault for not checking the return policy but I've never had an issue with returning items I've ordered from other sites. I e-mailed and instant messaged with customer service and both times was repeatedly told it is not their "fault." When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was denied.

The worst experience
I ordered halfsleeve dress as titled, described and shown in the website. However I received sleeveless dress with shawl, was very embarrassed. I returned the dress to them and ask refund as it is obviously false advertising. However they rejected my request of refund. Hope it helps to choose the dress in 27dress.com

what i thought was going to be a beautiful dress turned into the ugliest dress ive ever tried on.
I was super excited to try on my dress i even got the custom measurements so that the dress would fir perfectly. Um NO first off the color wand look was compeatly different that what came. I tried it on and not only was the breast portion at my belly button but was so large even if in the right place i wouldn't have stayed on. Opposite to this was the bottom of the dress that wouldn't even fit over my waist (keep in mind i had sent them my measurements too.) I'm so upset and prom is in a couple weeks! And i forgot to mention they literally kicked me off the site i went to put my user name and log in in and it said i wasn't registered and every time i try to contact them their conveniently not there! DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!!!!!!!

Jaw dropping
I compete in pageants so getting the most amazing dress is important to me, and that's just what 27 dresses gave me the dress was beautiful.. All of my family was in tears from how amazing the dress came out I recommend everyone buys a dress from here because they are amazing thank you so much 27 dresses and the workers I will from now on only but my dresses from here!

I'm so glad that i ordered this dress. It's verry well made and it almost fit perfectly! I need to change a little, but i am still super happy about this dress. It's not too expensive and it's the same as in the picture! It came on time, just make sure to keep in contact with the website and tell her when you need the dress due,

Amazing dress that I got in the mail today. I highly recomend both the dress(2014 New Arrival Elegant Womens Evening Party Gowns V Neck Nude Chiffon Sequined Top Prom Dresses Long BO3389 ) and this website. The color I got was "same as picture" which is a nude/champagne color, just amazing. I took measurments myself, with help of the measurmentguide there. The measurements were correct, the dress fits perfect and I couldn't be more happy with it. The customer service is also extremely good. Way to go 27dress.com!
