Fastrack Tyres Omdömen 

Had a long journey ahead of me from London and found out one of my tyres was punctured at 10pm on a Saturday night. These guys were a lifesaver in this situation (have not heard of many 24hour tyre fitting services, at least outside of London).

We were offered a reasonable quote better than some of their competitors. Marek arrived after 1 hour to change the tyre. He was friendly, courteous and professional. I would recommend this company and use them again if this unfortunate situation happens to me again. Would be useful to have these 24 hour tyre fitting services outside of London.

Super quick and polite service. I needed the car ASAP for tomorrow and they came out at 2am in the morning. Outlined all costs and had someone out to change the tyre within an hour. Fully efficient service. Thanks

1:30 in the morning and I developed an unrepairable puncture. They were the only company that picked up the phone. They said it would take an hour and be £170. The fitter was there on the hour and was £170. He was professional, courteous and made an excellent job of the repair. Without companies like these I’d have been stranded. Thank you.

Very good service, saved me from a bad situation when I was far from home. The mobile tyre fitter arrived exactly when I was told they would, Diego did an amazing job of helping us out and getting us back on the road, he went above and beyond to wander questions we had and provided an incredibly good service!

We were helped out by Jake who did a star job, having to go to Letchworth to source a particular tyre for us in south London on Christmas eve. He was reliable, fast and very professional - and a pleasure to work with. He and his company deserve the highest recommendation.

Very much disappointed with the service. I called for tyre change and paid for £170 for 2 tyres. Fitter name- Vijay. He damaged bottom of the body of the car while changing the tyre just in front of me. I had to take my car to the garage to fix it and cost £170.

The operator who changed my damaged tyre , Mac, did an excellent job. From the moment he introduced himself to wishing me a safe onward journey I knew I was in safe hands in getting the tyre replaced and being able to continue with my further 4 hour journey.
He explained to me the procedures involved and made the whole process easy to negotiate by his mild manner and no fuss and efficient service. He advised me on the condition of the other tyres and that too was helpful. All in all I was very happy with the service from Fasttrack Tyres and certainly would recommend them.

First time using Fastrack Tyres following a blowout in a pothole thankfully just around the corner from home.
Really impressed with the prompt and professional service from the call centre establishing the type and size of tyre and checking pictures taken of the damage. An appointment was offered within 90 minutes and James arrived promptly just before 10pm. The van looked brand new and clean and tidy, a very professional appearance and James was very polite and helpful resolving the tyre issue and resetting the tyre sensors in the car and ensuring all tyres were at the correct pressure.

I was very stressed damaging my tyre and marking the alloy but James reassured us all could be fixed and the marked alloy was just tyre rubber which he polished off. The tyre and alloy looks superb and we are very pleased with the excellent service provided by James, a credit to the company and a company I would highly recommend.

Kam and his team deserve 6 stars, having been badly let down by BMW Emergency Services after my tyre split on the M25 late on a Friday night they gave clear explanation of costs and timelines and understanding I was feeling stressed having been let down by my recovery company they did everything they could to get to me as quickly as possible and kept me up to date throughout on arrival times. Very fast job done by Diego and considering it was 2:00am on a very windy night on the hard shoulder I was really impressed with his professionalism. I'll be keeping their number in my phone from now on.

Called around midnight only half expecting an answer but was answered immediately and the correct tyre confirmed to be in stock. Wait time of 2 hours was updated to an hour and the bonus was that the call out charge was waived as it was covered by manufacturers break down service which was noticed and sorted out by Fastrack and not my cars break down service!

James who did my tyre change turned up exactly on time and completed the change quickly and efficiently.

Very pleased with the service and will use again when necessary.

Just a quick note on wait times. I believe they have less people on during the day as it’s an emergency service so wait times are more likely longer daytime rather than night time

Kris was absolutely quality. Gave me updates on his where abouts and was fast and efficient when he got to me. Couldn’t recommend kris any higher he did a great job! 10/10 customer service from him

I called the company and we agreed on a price, but when they got to me I realised I has a spare tyre.
I asked to change the agreement before the job started, and just use my spare tyre instead however he stated he could not do anything for me because they company were not 'picking up'
I ended up paying £180! Worst day of my life

Why is it my fault if the company were not picking up?
I understand that it was an emergency but I feel that I was taken advantage of and that is the honest truth

I had the longest day in history and to top my day I got a puncture in the centre of london !
I was wearing a suit and in the heat of summer. I was broken down next to two bars /clubs with lots of drunk people. James turned up to rescue me and was a top bloke. Fantastic service and really got me out of trouble as the club goers were getting more rowdy by the second. I would really recommend this service and especially James. Amazing A****** thanks again!

I just got a new tyre fitted outside my home at 6.30pm on a Sunday evening. I drove a flash car with custom tyres and the main big name tyre people were talking about ordering Monday and getting in Tuesday or Wednesday. Fastrack had them in stock, the man on the phone was knowledgeable, sensible and helpful. They offered to come out within an hour or at at any time thereafter to suit me. The communication when he was on the way was perfect and the engineer Marek was polite, helpful and exceedingly knowledgeable. Twenty minutes and we were done. I could not speak highly enough of the whole service start to finish.

used this service last night !!!! Kris was a true gentlemen, He first concern was my well being as I originally called the AA at 6.00 pm who then arranged for Fastrack to come out after a long day at work. All in all it took him 26 mins to get me back on the road. Very slick and professional service definitely my hero of the day. When Kris had completed the work he actually said it was a pleasure aah how thoughtful and caring such a rarity these days that people actually do care. If ever I am in this situation again (please god no) when I call them up I will ask for KRIS. Thank you
