So we wanted a cab to see friends in camber we in Hastings so taxi there was ok not chatty but ok then we had a cab back my partner disabled we at Combe haven so asked driver to drop us at van to wich he said no get out at gate is was 3 min drive to van what a joke

This company robbed me I won money and staked over the bonus offer of five times the bonus I cashed out £114.03 and they stole my £342.50 bonus I only got a £50 bonus to start with so be very carful of this site very poor customer support and service scam beware !!!!!!

Very professional service; always on time & reliable, (& they send you a little tracker taxi so you can see your cab on its way to you!), and they text you details & registration of your driver.
Drivers are polite, courteous, friendly & professional.
I can't recommend them highly enough.

Basically we walk everywhere. But now the weather is sooo bad, so we decided to take a taxi. They were very nice at the call center, taxi came fast. Driver was friendly.

I’ve always used 247 and had no problems with them, until now. Trying to get myself and my 4 year old daughter home only to be told that my daughter would have to sit in the back passenger seat next to me not on my lap, she she’s under the legal height and weight in the UK passenger driving law. He was rude to me as I explained that this is against the law. He refused to accept what I said so I cancelled the ride. He was more rude and then drove off very aggressively. If you are going to become a taxi driver, please understand the laws of regulations that are needed thanks.

Needed a taxi for a return journey recently whilst visiting Bexhill and Hastings. 24/7 company arrived on time. Vehicle was clean and the price was reasonable. Would use them again

Worst taxi service I’ve ever come across. I’m a live in carer and don’t know the area. All except one who was fantastic. A Turkish chap couldn’t do enough. I’m escorting an elderly client around. They have attitude problems and couldn’t give a damn! They can see you’re struggling and don’t even offer to maybe get the walker out the back whilst I’m struggling at the front trying to stop my clients hands from shutting in the door. One of them just says ‘boots open’. The one tonight had a right attitude barking about who’s going to pay him whilst I’m trying to get my lady in the seat and wouldn’t stop. We asked him if he’d be kind enough to drop off another person on the way for extra. He kept harping that I’m responsible and needed to leave the other chap behind late at night who has a disability. He also didn’t catch on the lady I was with had dementia and had a bit of a go at her also. As if this work isn’t hard enough as it is! . This was taxi driver DR344. I’ve worked all over the country but this is by far the worst I’ve ever come across ever. Been doing this work 20 years!

If it wasn't bad enough before, they now have an Indian call centre. Booked a taxi for 7pm. Forgot it, then arrived 7.25. Useless

Ordered a taxi for a agreed time. Taxi did not arrive, telephoned to ask where taxi was, they said taxi had been dispatched would be 5 minutes away explained needed to get to train station for a certain train time. Taxi still not arrived when phoned again said 15 minutes away. Phoned a family member for help. Missed train and had to pay again. This company has no respect for customers. This is not the first bad experience we have had with this company. They left us stranded at Birmingham airport at 1.30 am after a booked service. We are pensioners and they have no consideration at all for the predicament they put us in. Totally unreliable.

Unreliable, do not book and expect the time you booked (there is a window of time that can vary 20 mins each way). They have purchased several other smaller firms in the area which means they dominate the area completely. Also they seem to sneak “waiting charge” on when they have not had any waiting time.

Absolutely the worst taxi service you will ever come across, they have monopolised the taxi services in the Hastings area and clearly think they don't need to care about customers. Rude, unhelpful and ALWAYS late, as well as moronic receptionists who put the phone down rather than deal with customer requests.. avoid unless your life depends on it..

Don’t book if you have to be at work on time, get a train on time or have a doctors appointment, you will be late for all of them.

If you book a taxi in the morning anywhere from 8-9am, 247 will prioritise school pickups and blame any of the drivers running late on this.

Even if you pre book a taxi for a certain time, they say the taxi can arrive within a 15 minute window of this booking. However it doesn’t say that when you book it.

Today I booked through the app and it said my driver was 2 minutes away for about 10 minutes, when I called to ask where he was, the office told me he was completing another job? It didn’t say this on the app, so it’s just really frustrating when you need to be somewhere on time.

Great friendly drivers left my bag in car and delivered again after a bad day already that'd id had with not much luck

i use 247 all the time staff &drivers very nice never had any problems in over 20years i will not use any other cabs companys fill very safe traveling on my own with 274

Have been using Ilkley Taxis regularly for well over a year. It is easy to book a car, you will get confirmation of the booking and its arrival by text message and virtually without fail it arrives on time and the journey is straightforward. The saloons are more comfortable than the taxis, but all appear to be well maintained. The prices are very reasonable and I can vouch for the reliability of the service. MRP

Horrendous!

Booked a cab last night through All night cars (job went through to Crawford express cabs) for 7:50am this morning and after it being 20 mins late I rang to ask where it was. A gentleman told me it would be with me shortly and they had prioritised my booking.

20 mins later and it's still not here. I ring again to be told (by a different person) the the first person shouldn't have told me what he did and that the booking hasn't even been given to a driver yet due to school run.

Why was my booking taken if there wasn't enough drivers to honour it and could someone not ring me to apologise so I could have booked with a different company.

Awful service and will not be using again. Booked with Swanscombe cars instead and they could not have been and nicer and accommodating. Sort it out All nights and Crayford express not acceptable!

Ordered a cab for 8.20 am to take my granddaughter to school, we were waiting outside, it was so cold, they turned up just before 9 am, 50 minutes wait. I did call and they said he was on his way, but they had given the driver another job! Eventually we got to school at 9.15! There are problems with road works atm, but this was an excuse! Have used this company a few times, but they are always late. Disgraceful service . I would however like to say the driver was apologetic and respectful, and I do not blame him at all, but the organisation!

Never ever book with them!! Use Car Miles Instead
