Don’t use!!!If I could give zero stars I would. Not only were they supposed to show up on a certain day, they didn’t and did not even let me know in the 6 hour time frame. I had to call them the last 30 minutes to ask where they were. On top of that they have an intake form that is extensive where you fill out everything, and an estimate is given. After finally getting ahold of someone, and relaying how people planned on a certain day, which they failed to show, they set off a different day. Once completed they doubled the estimated price citing miscellaneous expenses. Horrible run company and horrible communication.

Scammers!! Do not use! I was told my deposit was refundable. I cancelled — no refund. They said I signed an estimate which said no refunds. IT WASN’T MY SIGNATURE! Horrible customer service. They are a broker for other movers. I received a cancellation email from a totally different company that I never heard of. BUYERS BEWARE!!!

We hired 1truck2movers for a recent partial move involving several large furniture items. Prior to booking, we provided the company with a complete list of all items to be moved. Based on that information, they provided us with a quote that we agreed to and paid accordingly.

After the movers loaded the items listed in the original quote and left the pickup location, we received a phone call stating that the furniture was “larger than anticipated” and that the cost of the move would significantly increase. This was concerning because the company had already been given the full inventory in advance and had based their original quote on those items.

We were then informed that the total cost would be nearly three times the originally agreed amount. When we questioned the increase and asked about canceling the move, we were told that the cancellation fee would exceed the newly increased charges.

We also asked what would happen if we declined to pay the additional amount. We were told they would keep the original payment and unload our furniture in the front yard of our home instead of completing the delivery. The way this was communicated made it feel as though our belongings would essentially be dumped out of the truck unless we agreed to the additional charges.

Ultimately, we felt we had no practical option other than to pay the increased amount in order to receive our belongings properly. Before the items would be delivered, we were also required to sign an updated online agreement accepting the revised pricing.

Overall, the experience was extremely stressful and disappointing. We do not feel the pricing or handling of the situation was transparent or professional, and we would encourage others to carefully review all terms and conditions before using this company.

This company quotes you a reasonable price in the beginning then they charge you double that price at time of service without mentioning to you the extra cost or fees, they also loss some of my items and broke some as well. Do not go with this company at all no matter what it's nothing but excuses as to why you can't be refunded or compensated for your broken items.

​I am sharing my experience to warn others to be extremely cautious before booking with 1Truck 2Movers. My experience was nothing short of a disaster.
​I had my move scheduled and the initial deposit paid well in advance. However, on the very evening before my scheduled move, I received a cold text message stating that they were canceling my service. There was no phone call, no explanation, and no effort to provide a solution.
​Because I had already coordinated other services and logistics based on this move, their last-minute cancellation caused a massive "chaos" effect. I lost deposits on other arrangements and was forced to pay additional money out-of-pocket to secure emergency alternatives.
​This company’s business practices are ethically bankrupt. Taking a deposit clearly does not guarantee your move with them. They show zero regard for customer satisfaction or the significant financial and emotional stress they cause by backing out at the eleventh hour.
​Do not trust this company with your move. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and have no respect for their clients' time or money. I would never use them again and strongly advise everyone to look elsewhere.

Service was far low below standards as promised. They will charge you of $50 deposit fee for reservation . Once they have your credit card on file & you had to cancel the appt, they will charge you of full amount for service that you did not receive which does not state in cancellation policy. If you requested to speak with their Manager, Agent will advise you that her Manager will call you tomorrow morning. Beware of this fraud company.
