Terrible experience with 1stchoice - takes up so much time to resolve something that I feel like it should be very straight forward. Doesn't help you are dealing with numerous difference advisors, some who doesn't know the service/portal very well. Overall a frustrating experience.

Their response to my review is incorrect and shows that they still don’t understand my frustration or what went wrong. Which goes to show that there won’t be any improvement so I will need to look for other competitions to move to in the coming year.
