If they don’t work ..you lose $$$

ordered ink for my printer and defective cartridges (kept popping out of place jamming carriage) I Paid $61.84.. 1ink refunded only $44.30 ..(my expense $16 shipping to return them, 1ink deducted $5.95 s/h and $11.49 restocking fee. Read the terms because they don’t tell you. I paid total $33.44 to return defective cartridges. Would not recommend buying their REMANUFACTURED cartridges.Reference:#

I ordered 3 63XL ink cartridges & they…

I ordered 3 63XL ink cartridges & they only printed about 6 sheets of a letter before they dried up & had to be replaced. I then bought the right HP cartridges & it has worked very good. Probably won't be buying anymore from you. If you would like the cartridges back.send me a return material from & you will get them back to sale them to someone else.

Purchased a full set of ink cartridges…

Purchased a full set of ink cartridges for HP printer. which did not work. Technical support could not resolve the issue. Was required to return defective cartridges with shipping costs at my expense. Waiting for a refund. Not worth the 10% savings versus buying HP original products online.

Problems with delivery update

EDIT: I received my cartridge today. Thank you 1ink for helping to resolve this problem.

I ordered a toner cartridge on June 3 with a deliver date of June 11. On June 11 I received a tracking email showing my package was delivered by UPS to the Minneapolis post office. As of today, June 17, it’s still at the post office. I called customer service and the response was the post office is busy. No offer of any type of support to get my toner delivered. Customer service rep sounded rude that I would even ask for help getting it delivered. This is the first time I have preferred from them and it will be the last. I don’t even want to think about what will happen if the cartridge is bad or doesn’t work.

As shown in your tracking information, your package was shipped on the same day you placed your order, so there were no delays on our part. You can also see in your tracking that your package was delivered to your post office a few days later, meaning you should have received your package days ago. Instead, your post office has been holding your package for the past seven days, and they have not delivered it to you.

Unfortunately, the post office is delaying many packages due to COVID-19 and the protests, especially in your state of Minnesota. The other contributor to the delivery delays is the significant increase in online shopping in the past two months, which has overwhelmed the post office.

Millions of online retailers and consumers across the U.S. have been affected by these unprecedented events.

I instructed our shipping department to ship you a new package with UPS, so hopefully, you will receive it very soon. You may keep the second package that's delayed as well – free of charge. This is just a small gesture on our part to compensate you for the inconvenience and show you we care about our customers.

Faulty Ink for Printer (magenta)

Faulty Ink for Printer (magenta) - I contacted company to ask for refund or replacement ink ASAP - due to magenta cartridge is apparently damaged, leaked on and around my printer; the other 3 ink cartridges work fine, but my work is on hold because printer will not print without all 4 cartridges - and the magenta cartridge is faulty. Please advise ASAP.
