I always choose to greet my friends and family with 123 greetings first. They always offer a variety of cards that say what I want to convey. The follow-up is amazing when a card is sent and not opened by the recipient. I even get a birthday card from them that puts a smile on my face...they don't HAVE to do this. Needless to say, , I am very satisfied with this service.

I have been using your site now for a long time and I find it to be very helpful for what I do. I am in an Old Scholar's Association, and instead of purchasing cards, I have been sending the members E-Cards from this site ever since, which makes my job a lot easier. There is always something suitable that you can choose from and that is why I like using it. Also keeping you informed when the cards are not opened by the recipient etc., really helps as well. Thanks for allowing me the usage of it, keep up the good work.

lots of choices and it is easy to select an ecard. However, if you edit the card, the system freezes and does not let you send the card. You have to go back and start all over.

What an excellent service this is. Where there are greeting cards for almost any occasion. What’s more with postage charges in the UK being high to send an email card for free is a no brainier.

I’d like more funny cards. I am in my eighties and most of my friends are of a similar age. The flowers and pets are cute but we like a bit of humor! In our lifetimes there have been so many changes, it’s fun to joke about the simple things from the many generations we’ve witnessed. But I do use your cards when I’ve forgotten someone’s special day (which is OFTEN) because they are so quick and easy to send and receive!

123Greetings keeps changing the service in ways that make the service worse. If the recipient doesn’t open the card within that day, I keep get annoying alerts to reassure me that I shouldn’t worry. (Duh! I wasn’t worried!) Plus, I used to be able to click a link to see which card they’re referring to. No longer. I’m looking for alternatives to this service.

I honestly don’t know why the first card wasn’t sent. I sent another card and it was sent. I love 123Greetings and have been with you for a long time. I’m very satisfied with you.

It was strange that sending cads didn't work the used way.
When asking the support to help they gave a prompt and detailed reply.
And then sending worked again.
