The onboarding process, email support and other accounting services I have used for my business, have been extremely professional, clear, and efficient. The founder has great knowledge in the field and is excellent at promptly clarifying any doubts a startup founder may have. I called 123financials and wanted to sort out my accounts as my previous accountant messed up. The introductory phone call was very friendly and efficient, and all my immediate accounting needs were quickly identified, and a suitable solution proposed.
