Buying an item of clothing from a company that says it has a 30 day refund policy...what could go wrong??? With Wumyr - everything. Ordered a small and it's way too big. Contacted customer service to start the refund process (note to self - don't purchase from any company that doesn't have an easy online way to refund). Instead of honoring the refund policy they offered to refund $5.00 on a $40 purchase. Clearly, I won't be shopping with them again.

These folks took good care of me. I ordered the wrong size and they were willing to send me the correct size.
They made it very easy for me. Now I’m waiting on my correct size. Thank you Wumyr. I will order again from you!

I purchased 4 garments and didn't like the fabric. They all appeared to be very plastic-like. There were no tags in them describing what they were made out of. I tried to return them for a full refund. This is where the fun began. I requested the required Return Authorization Form. Responses were slow and generally amounted to them doing everything possible to avoid taking them back (they never did send the form). Multiple questions followed about exactly what was wrong with them. Photos were requested and immediately provided. Then the offers of some cash back in order not to return them began. First $35, then $80, then $120. It was a $200 order and I really wanted to return them and get a full refund. After 14 emails exchanged over a 14 day period, I finally gave up and accepted the $120 offer, fearing that if I didn't, I would be out the $200 paid because of their short deadline for returns. I strongly suggest you avoid this company and check out the Better Business Bureau's rating for them. They are NOT BBB accredited. The BBB gives them an F! That's their lowest rating possible. I'm not sure why TrustPilot's rating is as high as it is.

Most important I liked the blouse that I ordered. It fit, looked like the picture on the internet that prompted to buy it, and the cost was reasonable. I had a bit of a problem tracking the delivery using the suggested "shop" app.

I love the feel of the tops. However I need to return some items please
1 white turtle neck top ,( ordered 1 to many)
1 black top [ color is not right for me)
1 floral dress..did not fit and it really wasn't my style how do I return the items.

Easy online ordering. True to size. Soft material and the colors are nice.

The photo in this ad is the same I ordered from another site..very poor quality unable to return.. be careful.. I think this is a scam site.

I love your products - so unique, great quality and comfort. My only issue is there’s often a large time gap between ordering and delivery info - but having ordered twice now I know you’re legit!

The item was exactly as presented and promptly delivered

Products were all too small, and very flimsy material. Would definitely NOT order anything from them again. Also if these products were made in the USA, I would be very surprised. Save your money and order from someone more reputable.

The shirt I ordered arrived circus-tent huge. Trying to return it for a refund was an exercise in futility. There is no return address given, and when I asked for a return authorization number, the "bargaining" started.

Keep the shirt and we'll give you $11, okay? NO, not okay. I want the full amount and have no reason to keep this mistakenly sized item.

Went through several rounds of them offering me various amounts to keep or discard the shirt and go away. Finally, they said I had to send the shirt (that they had told me to keep or discard) to Saudi Arabia at my expense, and when it arrived, they'd give me $25, "FINAL OFFER". What's up with the bargaining over a refund amount? Days later, Zolucky pulled a similar thing on me.

As I presume they'd planned, they frustrated and angered me so much, I gave up.

I will never do business with them again, and strongly urge you to avoid them.

I ordered a sweater from this company on 11/4/2025. It is 11/16/2025 now and I have heard nothing from them. My credit card was charged instantly yet no recognition of my order as to when I will have this garment.

It was easy to order.

I would like to return the items as they do not work for me. Please provide return information

Received NO confirmation on purchase of #1403217. I believe there is no such company. I will never receive the top/blouse I PAID for.

I love the clothes, especially the white top I ordered and I plan to order more
