I don’t speak Chinese
The delivery was after it said it was delivered to a different town causing me stress. But it showed up three days later in my mailbox. This isn’t the company fault but when I sent a email concern I got a response in Chinese? Not acceptable

Sehr zuverlässiger und kulanter Verkäufer. Kann ihn ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen.
Die Kleidergrößen für die Radtrikots sind allerdings entgegen meiner Erwartungen (asiat. Größen) deutlich zu groß gewesen. Also eher normal bis eine Nummer kleiner, wenn man es eng anliegend haben möchte.

Did not receive the goods and get no more reply
Placed 2 orders, 1st order came in 2 parts, they had no idea what was sent when and after I informed them they sent the other items, they are located in Hong Kong but ship from China. 2nd order I got 1 out of 4 items and they claim they sent all 4, now I get no more reply from them for 3 weeks. Do not order here.

I really liked the jersey and how well…
I really liked the jersey and how well it fits and is crafted. My personal preference would be slightly longer sleeves and slightly snugger. The draw back is the fit of the bib shorts as well as how thin they are. I am pleased at how promptly my issue was addressed and how they are responding it.

Good quality product but poor customer service
First of all i have to admit that the clothes are high quality for it's price but unfortunately shipping my order took longer than it should according to the website. Also i should mention that I haven't received any answer for my questions neither on email nor in messenger. Other than that it was ok.
