Honestly, writing creek is good until you get this message "Your access to new orders has been restricted to 0% comparing to the full orders access by Writers Department. As soon as the issue is resolved, access will be restored. Meanwhile, check your email box as some clarifications may be needed from your side." This is how they terminated my friend's account after taking about one month to reply to emails. Honestly, if you value your writers, why would it take you two weeks to respond to a single mail or solve a simple thing after one calling me.

Although I have left Russia now, I want to thank this company for not leaving me without a job, as almost all the world's freelance companies did. I do not think that the war is a reason to stop giving me orders and the company stands in solidarity with me! Writing Creek cooperates with Russia and makes payments there, and thank you for that! I receive payments successfully, although the support team isn’t professional.

After reading numerous reviews about the exposure of this company on Trustpilot, I decided to call the business center at the address where their office is supposedly registered. But nobody heard about the physical existence of the office there. We can easily check this on Google. I wanted to talk to the manager and asked to call me, but they said that it was impossible, only through email. Have you ever met a company where employees can't call support or manager at all? These are scammers!!!!! I don't want to work for this company and have already deleted it from my work history on Linkdin.

If you think that the police will not respond to such activities of yours after the war, you are deeply mistaken. They are in Ukraine, hide their location, do not pay taxes during the war, hide the names of employees and do not have a phone so that their accent cannot be heard. Secondly, in online chat they hide behind different IP addresses using Hetzner Online GmbH. Thirdly, they write scientific articles and massively deceive universities. Fourthly, almost all employees are Ukrainians who dishonor this country. I hope that this company will answer for Ukraine's deception and separatism after the war and the cyber police will one day knock on your door. This company is a shame and a black spot in your career!

This company continues to finance Russian writers during the war, despite the fact that Writing Creek is a Ukrainian company and evades taxes by saying they are in Bulgaria. They are registered in Bulgaria, but their employees and offices are located in Ukraine. They are cynically deceiving Ukraine at such a difficult time, but this will never be forgotten! Not surprisingly, none of their employees can be found on social networks, because the employees are not Europeans or Bulgarians. It is very strange when a company hides all possible information, including location, IP addresses, real names (not even last names) of employees, works under fictitious data, actively collects documents, including video of the documents, does not pay taxes, etc. Writing Creek does not deserve respect!

I worked in this company for 4 years, of course there are companies much better than this one in the academic environment. You will not be able to contact the company by phone, the names of employees are constantly changing, letters are often marked by Gmail as spam, as the company uses anonymizers to hide the real location. I left the company after they asked me to shoot a video with a passport in hand, they gave a short deadline and demanded very persistently like real scammers. Their employees are from Ukraine and this is a well-known fact, I found irrefutable evidence. Too bad that I can't attach screenshots here. Moreover, this company continues to pay Russian and Belarusian writers when the whole world refused to cooperate with the aggressor countries. I found Russians who are still getting paid by this company. I ask you to avoid this company, they are very dishonorable people.

When communicating with online chat support agents, I noticed that this is the same person under different names with a weak level of English and no knowledge of business English at all. During a conversation, operators often change their pictures and names.

This company provides work and pays on time, but after some time they really require their employees to record a video of how they hold a passport in their hands. They also require various photos with a passport, photos of your certificates. I was also unpleasantly surprised that the company does not have a phone number and does not have an office at the indicated address in Bulgaria. Transparent companies do not operate in this way!
