Fine until the end. Just kept writing for weeks after the client ghosted. Which is absurd given why would you keep writing when the client hasn't reviewed, edited, approved, nor even communicated with you for 4 weeks after you messaged them half a dozen times? Doesn't make sense. They just wanted to keep writing to rack up the bill even if the customer never told them what to write about to begin with. Just go on Upwork instead and get top rated person. No need for middleman.

Literally took nearly $300 from us because our "deposit expired!" What does that even mean? Never use this company! They have tubed since the new owners took over. We will NEVER use these thieves again.

Never add your credit card here – it’s a complete scam. Avoid creating an account or entering any payment details. I unknowingly became a member for over a year without using the service, only to later discover unauthorized charges on my credit card. When I reported it, they said they couldn’t do anything about the past transactions, only promising to stop further charges. That’s over 500 euros lost.

I have been asked to pay a refundable $70 levy fee before the money is deposited into the account and to provide utility bill and sample of photo.
Is this correct or a scam?

Tried to pass off AI content as "expert written"/
I paid for a human writer, because I wanted quality content. All three pieces I received were from different writers, all were obviously AI created garbage.
Although it was pretty obvious to our team, these pieces were also flagged as AI by each of the different content checkers we ran them through. Waste of time and money.

Trial period and Subscription is misleading with no proper support and help. Prices are overpriced and overall system is designed for you to burn your money. I am waiting for a refund for almost a week with no proper answer!!
Edit 1: They finally canceled my account but their website is still designed for you to get in their subscription trap!

We've spent $30,000+ on this platform. The first few batches were great but we have had 3 writers now that just copied/pasted text or are using AI to write everything. I tried to reach out multiple times to their customer service for a refund but have been largely ignored. I'd recommend finding an alternative platform until they fix these issues as you won't be able to get a refund when you receive poor writing back.

Sure wish they would refund my money because I cancelled months ago and I keep getting charged. Customer service will not respond.

They charge you high monthly fees, supposedly to provide various writing tools and "manage writers" when in actuality they didn't provide anything and I had to give the writer my own SurferSEO editor to use.

The platform is very difficult to navigate and you get a bot "live" chat pop up on every page you visit.

I picked $0.04 cents per word as I thought it would provide a good balance for the topic I had prepared. The writer that was assigned to the job had "20 years of experience" in writing. The quality of the end result was no better than what a Junior Highschool student could write.

The only people who are recommending their service are the ones getting paid through their affiliate program.

Fiverr grads can do a much better job for half the price. Stay the F away from this S.
