Al een half jaar geleden een horloge opgestuurd die kapot was. En nooit reactie gehad op mijn mail en nooit mijn horloge terug gekregen.

La mia è una recensione che ancora potrebbe essere modificata se la situazione si risolve . Praticamente ho acquistato anche in passato e mi sono trovato bene con wristmodding perché fanno orologio buoni. Qualche mese fa ho acquistato un altro orologio e mi è arrivato a casa il pacco ma dentro non c'era l'orologio che avevo ordinato. Ho speso 200 euro in tutto compresa la dogana e non trovare il mio orologio mi ha fatto arrabbiare. Ho esposto il problema al sito e ancora sto aspettando. Se la situazione si sistema io modifico la recensione altrimenti lascio stare.

I just received my new Big Bang, which is my 5th watch from Wristmodding, and it is another terrific piece. The watch has a really robust look and feel to it and the rubber strap is very comfortable and makes the watch look that much more sporty. Thanks Wristmodding for another great addition to my collection!

UPDATE - 1/30/2026
Finally received watch after months of frustration. Got a Royal Oak on a rubber bracelet and was worried that the bracelet would be a cheap one. I was wrong. The watch looks great and the bracelet is quality and similar to the ones they use at AP. I am very happy with the final product but still skeptical about ordering again. Although I did get the watch, the company still did nothing other than refund me the express fee I already paid for my frustrations. I do feel that the company should have offered something for the headache and stress they caused over this order and it taking months to get my watch, but they offered nothing other than I'm sorry. No sure if Im sorry is good enough for me to order further product. Will update my review to a 2 star just because the watch appears to be nice quality. QUALITY OF WATCH DOES NOT MAKE UP FOR THE WAIT OR FRUSTRATION.

Do not purchase from the site. They do not build their watches. They order them from a supplier in China and they are shipped from China to you directly. I ordered a watch three months ago and still haven’t received it. The company emailed me and assured me it was on the way, but it has been sitting in shipping label received status for over a week. If you don’t mind having someone pretend they are watch builder and actually have a watch builder from China ship you the product and waiting possible months to get your product if you get your product. Not a pleasant experience and will never order another watch from this company.

I've finally received my royal oak from Wristmodding yesterday and I am very pleased I love it the watch came wrapped very good with two tools.

I've been buying watches here for 2 years now and it's always been good. I bought a couple of other mods before them at almost double the price and the quality is the same if not better.
Will buy more (if my salary permits 😂)

Absolutely a horrible experience. Did not receive the watch only the watch strap. Numerous messages have been ignored with no offer to resolve the issue. Do not use this company as you will be disappointed and out your money.

I have now received the watch and there is no problem with it. After finally getting a response from Wristmodding, the communication has been good.

Why only 3 stars? The order did not go smoothly as a whole, even though in the end I did receive the watch. I still have to sort out the customs, because I had to pay them twice and I am now waiting for the customs office to sort things out.

I finally got a response and a promise for the watch to be sent. Let's see what happens.

Bought a watch, received only the bracelet. Dispute is ongoing.

I have bought two watches before with no issues. This time I'm really disappointed.

NO COMPRES AQUI. En primer lugar te dicen que los relojes están modificados a mano, mentira. Vienen de china, de hecho los encuentras en alibaba a mitad de precio. Luego, atención al cliente inexistente. El vendedor desaparece en cuanto le das al botón de comprar. Si compras desde España súmale al precio otros 75€ para pagar en aduana. Te pedirán documentación del vendedor firmada por él, que no podrás presentar por que no responde. Total, altas probabilidades de que ni llegue el producto. Hice el pedido hace 2 meses, y hoy día 18/12 veo escasas las posibilidades de recibirlo. Comedero de cabeza, -325€ y tiempo perdido en trámites y papeleo de aduanas. Punto positivo: Adquieres experiencia sobre como importar un producto en España y sobre todo, aprendes la lección sobre investigar mejor las cosas antes de lanzarte a un producto de este estilo.

I ordered the Seiko Pelagos mod. It looked nothing like the photos or the ad description. Customer service is nonexistent. Don't get ripped off.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Wristmodding sent me absolute garbage after making me wait nearly a month. The watch is literally unwearable—the strap is broken, cannot be adjusted, and falls off my wrist. When I tried to return it, they vanished. No replies to emails, no support, nothing. They are happy to take your money and leave you with a useless piece of metal. This is a scam site. Do not trust them.

First order was great, arrived on time and the product exceeded expectations. Second order, not so great. Item was ordered, credit card was charged, confirmation email sent and 10 days later no confirmation of item being shipped and no response to the 3 emails sent to the company. BUYER BEWARE

I made a purchase from WristModding and the experience has been extremely disappointing.
After paying, I tried to contact their support team multiple times through every official channel they provide — not a single reply.
No acknowledgment, no assistance, no customer support at all.

It is unacceptable for any company, especially one selling “premium” custom products, to completely ignore customers after taking their money.
There is zero communication, and that raises serious concerns about their reliability and professionalism.

Anyone considering a purchase here should be very careful, because once they have your payment, getting any kind of support becomes almost impossible.

I will update this review only if WristModding decides to act professionally and finally respond.

Two orders and I found both of them to be great quality. There was a shipping error that was made with one of my orders which was immediately recitified to my complete satisfaction. Great customer service.

I initially ordered from this site because when checking it, it interested me. Then as I looked through the available options, I was intrigued at the selections and customization. I have bough some cheaper watches in the past, but have never felt I could justify over $100 for a watch. I received the watches in about 10 days and both exceeded expectations. They are exactly as they appear on the website. They even came shipped very protected and with a nice leather case for travel.

Such an excellent product. The Royal Oak diver I received is even better than the pictures do it justice. They are extremely quick to respond and I received the watch within a week which was so much faster than I thought.
