Sent out wrong item and hasn’t responded to any messages, can’t find a phone number for them to speak to anyone so definitely will not use again.

Never order off this company..advertising delivery in one to two working days after 2 weeks on part of my order came it is now 3 weeks in and still no sing of the rest of my order. Useless company dont know how they are still in business. Save yourself a headache order elsewhere.

No problems at all, from ordering a couple of samples to the delivery of 15 metres of interior architectural wrap. The wrap was much sturdier than other suppliers.
We bought it to modernise the ceiling of our narrow boat. The results are superb, the vinyl was easy to apply using the smoothing tool, and replacing the lights at the same time, we are delighted with the results.

Ordered a 'one way' mirrored finish wrap for a front window as the advertised mirror finish looked like a privacy glass.
Applied product very easily as described in the video from the website, so product application at least gets a plus.
That's where the positive ends.... The actual finish resembles the maximum tint of a UK front window on a car. A very slight tint, but fully visible through both ways, even in bright sunshine.
Emailed the customer support, only to receive a reply with a copy and pasted delivery slip of the order.
Still two weeks after this, no response.
False advertising of poor quality wrap, with no follow through of a non existent customer service.
STAY AWAY !!!!

I've ordered from this site 3 times before spending a couple hundred pounds total and had no problems, the quality of the wrap is decent for what it is and they have a large selection of colours and designs.

I placed an order on the 23rd of December for about a dozen sample pieces, only about £18 worth of things and it's now the 20th of January and it never showed up. I've emailed multiple times and messaged them on Instagram and through their website and heard absolutely nothing back. Don't know if their business went bust or what but I'm incredibly disappointed and won't be ordering from here again.

Been wrapping cars and bikes for years for friends....they always supply the vinyl, rarely had an issue with suppliers but mate bought some metallic ADT from this company.... absolute shite stuff...sticks instantly and if you have to reposition it leaves the glue and metallic on the panel..if you don't clean it off it leaves bumps..plus it's not really air release....we abandoned nearly 200 euro worth of vinyl and went with Avery...

Product exactly as described. Fast delivery, and excellent customer service.

Poor or lack of communication was very surprised to recieve my order after sending several emails.
Poor company to deal with.

Tried to contact them to return my order and get a refund and never received a reply.
Their return policy goes against EU regulation as well (only 7-days period)
Avoid them at all cost.

Warning! Do not buy anything from Wrapdirect! I have not received my order and they are not responding to emails!
The website says "Order status: Delivered" but An Post says "An Post has not received your item yet". So An Post has not received any package from Wrapdirect and they are lying about having delivered it!

Ordered two samples to match the colour of my kitchen. Found the samples to be of good quality and a close match. Decided to order a larger roll of my chosen colour. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong colour. Completely my fault. Michael at Wrap Direct was completely understanding of this and offered to send out the correct roll at only the cost of postage. Fantastic service and will be sure to use these guys again in the future. Hopefully next time I order the correct colour first time, haha!

I bought some 'golden oak' vinyl wrap to re-cover a black Ikea bed frame I was buying to match an Ikea oak wardrobe door I'd also ordered; the WrapDirect package took 7 days to arrive and when I got it had a some days to wait for the bed and wardrobe to arrive. Comparing the vinyl wrap to the Ikea wardrobe doors it's not a great match, and the grain pattern on the vinyl wrap seems very big. I would've returned it for a refund (minus the 20-40% restocking fee they charge customers) but unknown to me WrapDirect's website says they have a 7-day refund policy (not 28 days like virtually every other company!). So no refund available. If you're buying from them in future I'd request a sample first to check the colour/pattern match.

I placed an order for a large piece of vinyl and payed for it and then I decided to have a look at the reviews for this company and my heart sank when reading only 3 reviews but all completely negative and thought I would have instantly lost my money but it was to late order had been placed… now it turns out that it was a good decision as it was fast delivery and I could track order with the results of an excellent product. Thank you to all at WrapDirect for a great experience would definitely recommend

6 weeks after my order for wrapping tape, I still didnt recieve my order. Sending them weekly mails. Never an answer. Phone number mentioned on the site doesn't exist.

Bought clear headlight wrap, the stuff which they say keeps your renovated plastic headlight lenses in good nick for years to come.

It's three layered, and because it's clear you need to be told by label or instructions of some sort, which side has to be peeled off first. Visually both sides appear identical (it's clear, duh...)

After two eMails for help they keep referring me to their video tutorial - which has nothing whatsoever in its content about what I am asking for!!!

The stuff is only just big enough to do two headlamps anyway, so I can't slice off a bit to experiment, or I'll have to buy more. Seems to me they forgot to label it and now, like me, they're unable to tell me what side is what!

C'mon guys, reply here with clear instructions on how to tell which side I need to peel first, and how I can possibly tell them apart...
