WPRemote is awesome
I love WPRemote. Since we started using it, it has saved us a lot of time. The automatic updates are really good. Their visual regression is also unmatched! The smallest differences i cant catch with my own eye, will be found by the visual regression tests. But thats just the start with what they can help!

Great experience with WP Remote and support
Great experience with WP Remote and the BlogVault support team. We had a minor configuration question and Sachin handled it professionally and efficiently from start to finish.
Clear communication, fast follow-up, and no back-and-forth wasted time. The platform itself is stable and well suited for agencies managing client sites at scale.
It’s refreshing to work with a WordPress tools company that backs their product with knowledgeable, responsive support. Highly recommended.

I am grateful to WPRemote for their amazing service in both the practical and needful features for WordPress site management and for their commitment to providing personalized customer care. I have not only found great value from the malware checks, security hardening, and plugin update tests; I have been coached and given personalized help to allow me to thrive in my service to my clients with WPRemote.
They do what other groups do in a better way under-the-hood with taking care of WP sites in the best way possible, without getting in the way as much as possible. They deserve to be big. For now, they are my secret! :-)

Still happy after three years
We had abandoned WPMU about three years ago and have not looked back. Switching to WP Remote was one of the best decisions we've made. It actually works and makes my life easier.
Their support is excellent too. We barely have to use it because everything just plain works like it's supposed to.
We manage hundreds of sites with WP Remote, but I'd still use it if I was only managing a small handful. Just do it. You'll love it.

Fast support, lots of features, always improving
Features are growing and pricing structures are improving. Support has always been responsive and helpful. It's always comforting to know support will be quick when you rely on it to support so many client sites.
