We are truly very sorry about your negative experience with our support technicians.
However, after internal review of the support ticket that was the cause of your dissatisfaction, in an effort to protect our reputation, we must state that your reaction and extremely harsh and negative review is unjustified.
Even so, we did reach out to you in an effort to make things right and fair for both parties, but you refused.
Hence, you leave us no choice but to make the contents of the support ticket public, so anyone reading this review can also read the reasons of your dissatisfaction, and make their own judgement in terms of whether our support technicians were unprofessional or did anything wrong for that matter.

Regarding your comment about our pricing, from the day we launched the very first commercial version of Jobster, our pricing has not changed. Our pricing has also beed publicly available for all this time and if you did not agree with it and thought our products and services were overpriced, we don't understand why you decided to purchase from us in the first place?
On the contrary, we believe that our pricing is quite reasonable considering the value received. To give an example, for our flagship Entreprenuer license, the cost of 12 months support and updates extension is $240, which is $20 per month. That includes new monthly features and maintenance/updates for both Jobster theme as well as iOS and Android apps.
While we understand that certain theme authors advertise free lifetime support and updates services, I can assure you that in the long run this is an impossible business practice, and a sure way to go out of business sooner or later. Instead, we prefer to offer realistic and fair pricing for our services in an effort to be there for our clients for many years to come.
