J’utilise wpGrid depuis 1 an. Parfait for my fashion blog with lots of images. Loading times are consistently under 2 seconds even with 50+ images per post.

Been using wpGrid for 8 months. Uptime has been solid – maybe one 15-minute downtime during a maintenance window. Speed is consistently good.

DDoS protection actually held up during a small attack last month. Site stayed online while wpGrid blocked the bad traffic. Impressed.

Hyper.host breached UK GDPR by sharing my details with another company, or they could be the same company with different entities.

Having someone responsive on the other side of the server is of utmost importance. In this case, I had to face an urgent change of hosting provider. What could have been a real nightmare turned into a seamless transition, especially thanks to Nada's continued support.

After receiving an email from Hyper.Host that they were no longer able to host my sites, I got an email from wpGirl offering to take over the hosting. I was looking at other hosting at the time and the deal they offered was excellent value. So I bought another lifetime deal, migration was very easy, there was no downtime during the process, and my sites continue to make me money.

Hosting is cheap, so I am concerned that they will go the same way as Hyper.Host at some point, but for now the service and support they provide has been excellent.

The one star reviews are frankly ridiculous and written by angry people who lost hosting from Hyper.Host, which has nothing to do with wpGirl. They should be ignored, though I did also wonder how wpGirl got my details, but that has been explained in other replies.

People are complaining about them sending an email just after Hyper.host announcement.

I have to say that this is a smart marketing move for them and great last minute perfect solution for those who lost Hyper.host.

All 1 star comments are wrong. Yes I did experiment same things as them, with duplication of my sites environment at same time in wpGirl and HyperHost... but for just 1 log in. This seems to be a know issue at 20i. Not a scam game between HyperHost and wpGirl at all. Just a default feature from 20i, that I'll not complain about as this is exactly why my migration was SO SMOOTH.

Without wpGirl, it would have been a nightmare to migrate from Hyper.host.

I will not complain about Hyper.host. They were very good and efficient. I used them for more than 7 years... so anyway my LTD was a good buy.

I can understand people that just bought few months ago how frustrating it should be, but believe me, during all these years, Hyper.host were very professional and efficient. It was a great team. A shame they could not manage it in a better way.

But thanks to wpGirl, they did handle the migration in a very professional and time efficient way. I registered with them yesterday and all my websites are already live, perfect identical setup as before.

I see now drawback from Hyper.host, excepted the Timeline Backup that is not available with wpGirl. But from what I understood, this is what probably killed Hyper.host (very expensive feature).

So, I'm sad to have lost Hyper.host (and my money spent again ;-)), but thanks again to wpGirl to be here, as it would have been a real nightmare to migrate to another hoster outside of 20i. I'm free from stress and hope to not have to experiment the same issue with wpGirl in near future, but I'm quite confident they will handle it the right way.

WPGirl have saved the day and got me out of the sh!t after my previous hosting company Hyper.Host announced out of the blue that they were closing.

I already had a WPGirl account just in case this scenario occurred.

WPGirl reached out and the transfer was super seamless.

All I can say is WPGirl have been absolutely incredible.

Also, all the 1 star reviews are completely wrong and they should at least give WPGirl a chance to help provide assistance in getting them out of the sh!t too.

I was a customer of Hyper Host Digital LTD, which recently shut down and refused refunds for lifetime deals. Within minutes of receiving their closure email, I got an unsolicited offer from wpgirl.com—suggesting they either:

Are the same team rebranded, or
Bought Hyper Host’s customer data illegally.
This is highly suspicious behavior. If you’re considering a "lifetime deal" from wpgirl.com, do your research first. Many of us lost money with Hyper Host, and this feels like a repeat scam. Beware before trusting them!

Nada has been incredibly helpful and very quick to reply to my numerous messages regarding migration of my domain names and websites from Hyper Host.
I have every confidence that future association with wpGirl will be nothing less than a good experience.
I am extremely happy with what is on offer and the cost. Very good value for money!

Service is still incredibly responsive, mega fast replies to emails and nothing seems to be too hard a request!

Big time Scammers as minutes after receiving email of closing down of Hyper Host got an email from them offering me Lifetime deal???? Like did Hyper Host sold email ids to them or is it same company??

this website is a scam!
got mail from them after HYPER.HOST closed saying they do not affiliate with them but would like to offer NEW lifetime plane. for my surprise after register with same email address (like the one from HYPER) the CP opened with all my website information from HYPER!

so, HYPER is a scam and wpGIRL probably continue the scam by getting more money from people already paid for lifetime plane! STAY AWAY!!!

Update: I did not started any migration and more then that, I created backup on hyper and it appears on wpgirl, also the root folder for the website is the same! That means the site didn't migrate! Both system shows the same site information. I work a sys admin, I'm not typical newbie customer so you can't fool me.

Update 3: so you admit you cancel my account? I never actually created one in WPGIRL beside the one I already had from HYPER and i never asked a refund from you because i never paid nothing to WPGIRL. you just dig a bigger hole for yourself and your scam!
