Excellent customer support and very responsive approach with follow up emails to check that what I had ordered in a timely fashion. Because of a timing issue with the delivery they agreed to upgrade my delivery to DHL express at no extra cost to ensure the item arrived on time . Email response was as fast as the call centre that responded rapidly without the usual wait and multiple phone options that are so frustrating these days. I would strongly recommend them based on my experience.

I brought a faulty mobile phone from them and when I asked for a return label the wanted from me to post my phone in Hong Kong !!!! And they will assess it .....and if they believe that is not faulty the will issue me a partial refund !!!!! And other deductions ......This is a joke .Read exactly what they have answered to me

We aim to process refunds within 4-8 working days of receiving your item back and having it inspected for the issue concerned. Its best that you capture videos or photos to validate the error. As the product will be referred to the manufacturer for verification.
Do provide me with the return tracking number once available so we can keep an eye on it as well. We suggest using Royal Mail as most cost-efficient carrier. There trackable delivery service should cost you anywhere from 15-20 GBP only. Please keep the receipt as we will reimburse up to 15 GBP should the item be confirmed faulty indeed.

WOW is truly the word for it
WOW is truly the word for it. WOW I can't believe the reviews I have just read. My experience has been the opposite of everyone else. Paid for a Samsung S21 Ultra 5G on 10th October. Aside from the order confirmation I received no update and chased customer service on the 14th. I was told that I wouldn't hear anything until 7-10 working days, so I waited. I chased again on 21st October and received an email the following day as follows...
"I am writing this followup email with a heavy heart as I had been expecting to share tracking details with you yesterday afternoon. However, to our collective disappointment, after checking with logistics, they confirmed that the stock batch was discovered partially damaged, likely during transit from our vendor or between warehouses.
In short, logistics discovered this issue during quality inspection process which is the final step before consolidation of shipment and courier pickup. We aren't sure yet, whether the damage incurred could've have been picked up sooner or if related to the vendor specifically. Needless to say, we are so very sorry.
After consideration, our Management has taken the decision to have the batch returned even though not all boxes within were classified as damaged. It wouldn't have been fair to you or any of our customers had we approved fulfilment of this Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra batch under such circumstances given the risk involved. We obviously hold our hands up and apologise - it's not how the distribution channel or our respected vendors normally perform.
Given the unforeseen circumstances, we're making arrangements for new replacement batch to be sent out ASAP. This means dispatch will indefinitely be pushed back until next week and dependent on new supplies coming through. I hope this unfortunate situation doesn't deter you from continuing with the order. Rest assured our Support team will continue to keep you informed on progress and developments as we push forward to recover the situation."
Not really the message that I was hoping for!

Excellent service for a high value item
Placed my order for a £2765.00 lens with some apprehension having seen some of the reviews. Paid via Paypal for the protection. Everything went very well with good communication from WOW. Lens was delivered in10 days (7 working days) and is clearly brand new with all makers stamps, seals and instructions in English. Tracking information was available to me from the moment the lens arrived in the UK. Will use the company again.
