Really really disappointed!
Really really disappointed!
I have so many Worx tools which have all been great, decided to buy myself a new bigger worx lawnmower for my new house.
Opened and unpacked and setup, worked for 20 seconds or so then the motor started fluctuating, and won’t run properly.
Emailed 28/08 with all info and evidence - no reply
Emailed 9/9 with no reply
Called today 10/9 - on hold for an hour 20, no answer
Love the tools and these things happen but this customer service is absolutely shocking!
Word Landroid vision - not as advertised
Bought the worx Landroid vision and it does not live up to expectations or the price point.
I’ve had the mower about 3 months now over summer and noticed quite a few issues, mainly:
1. It won’t traverse from zone 1 to zone 2 whilst in auto mode and therefore, means auto mode cannot be used.
2. It randomly spins in circles, tearing up grass and then runs out of battery - so it requires you to carry it back to its base.
3. There is no intelligence as to the mowing pattern meaning my lawn is left littered with random long patches of grass.
I have spoke to worx “support team” over several months to rectify this and they just request more information but have no solutions. There’s only so much time I can sit videoing the “auto mower” on their behalf before I get frustrated.
They’ve even admitted they are unable to resolve issue number 1.
You won't Worx it with no spare parts
I bought a circular saw from this company two years ago. Sadly I lost one of the flanges which holds the blade. I wrote an email, tried to use their bot assistant but no one has answered from the support dept. for a while now.
I am not sure you can get the parts and if so how, where and when as the customer care is less than satisfactory. They will ignore your request maybe because they can't be bothered to reply and find a solution. I am thinking of purchasing another circular saw elsewhere where the after sale is more competent and " existing" rather than wasting my time relying on these. My advise is to stay away and buy something that actually WorKs.
Fantastic Customer Support
We have a small 4M2 lawn, and a lawnmower with a cable is a nuisance. So I bought a Worx WG730E cordless, which is compact, and a perfect fit for our lawn. I would have liked a lower setting than the lowest possible on the WG730E, but that’s another story. Anyway, the other day the switch lever broke, and Customer Service replaced it straight away, with no quibble. It arrived almost next day, almost before the grass needed cutting again! Great support from them.
First issue with worx 20v tool…promptly resolved under warranty
I have many worx 20v tools and have all been good experiences ....but one of the more recent a 40v strimmer stopped working after just a few weeks ...
An email conversation with the warranty support team and they requested -after confirming a few details of purchase- that I return it and they provided courier prepaid label via email...
Once returned a replacement was promptly dispatched...and whole process took maybe a week
The ONLY issue that I had- that seems to have MAYBE affected a few other with negative experiences -is that the first email response was picked up by Hotmail and dropped into Spam folder ...this meant initially I did not see it and initially thought I was not getting a response....once I caught this the responses were generally measured in hours during core business day...
Absolutely waste of money !!!
Absolutely waste of money !!!! Customer service not even responding to my email regarding guarantee! I bought WORX WX439 500W mini circular saw and used few times and it stoped working! for my small projects around my home ( not heavily used) i went to my local tool repair shop and they laughed because they wouldn't even touch that rubbish! Sorry Pal but we won't be able to get parts for this!. Sorry Worx but you are useless like my faulty circular saw !

Worx Customer Service works!!!
I contacted Worx Customer Service after a pressure washer developed a fault. It was still under warranty and was replaced but I wanted to review the excellent service I received.
I appreciate I have a replacement, yet this doesn’t influence my view of the first class customer service from Worx. From the initial issue, call and email correspondence they really stepped up. This is not only appreciated but the way Worx’s handled this process has really impressed me. It will definitely make me look at their other product lines first when considering future purchases.
Worx Battery Mower.
I have owned a Worx Battery Lawnmower for over two years.As a lady in her 80’s I found it very easy to use & so when I had intermittent problems with it I was very concerned. I contacted the Worx Customer Service as I had a three year guarantee & they couldn’t have been more helpful & within two weeks I received a replacement Mower with no quibble. Well done Worx.

Poor customer contact
Recently bought a lawnmower and strimmer. Early days but both seem to work ok. My concern is that I tried to register products on website but have had no confirmation. Then tried to contact Worx to check but can’t find contact tel no . Tried website contact tan no again no response nor reply. Very frustrating and annoying

The WORX WG173 is an excellent strimmer. However mine suddenly stopped working after 12 months. Contacted their customer services and received a very efficient response to my warranty claim. Collected and a replacement sent. Well pleased could not be better. Thank you WORX

Had an issue with the motor on my Battery powered grass strimmer/edger......and used the online form to contact Worx Customer Service to understand if there was a fix. Unfortunately there was not, so with massive thanks to Emma Smith in customer services she assisted me all the way to get a replacement and was always happy to give me info on the process, arrange collection and what options were available to me......If only all Customer Services depts. were as helpful!!!! Kudos to Emma @Worx.
