Very disappointing and unprofessional customer service.

I placed an order for a bed and simply asked for two delivery drivers/helpers because my apartment is upstairs and can only be accessed via external stairs. I explained that I am at home with a baby and cannot carry a heavy bed upstairs myself, so it needs to be safely delivered to my apartment door.

I also asked them to check the packaging before dispatch because I had recently experienced a bed arriving damaged and water-damaged from another retailer.

Instead of offering a solution or discussing the delivery options, the store simply cancelled my entire order because they could not meet my requests.

I find this very disappointing. I was only trying to make sure the bed could be delivered safely and without being damaged. I would not recommend a store that handles a reasonable customer request in this way.

I went to world of wonder in clonmel this evening. It was about 5 35 pm and the store closed at 6. I had tried to do a click and collect earlier in the day but its not an option and I needed something for the next day. I met an employee when I went in who was not keen to assist. He had curly ish brown hair I did not notice a name. He said he probably couldn't help with the online order as it may not be in the store although i might have seen it online. I mentioned the product I was looking for and he glanced in the general direction and said he couldn't see them so it wouldn't be there. I asked him quite politely I thought if he could look OK the system to see if it might be in stock. He seemed to think this was a crazy request and answered more emphatically than seemed necessary that no he could not. I mentioned the other things I was looking for and at this stage I did not want to bother him so said I would look if he could point me in the general direction and he did so, with bad grace inaccurately. I was going to leave when I met another man with strawberry brown hair who was much more happy to assist and he walked me down to a different aisle, the correct one, and we found some of the products I was looking for. The other chap watched on uninterested. Coming out of the store I felt bad and not keen to go in there again, all for the actions of the first employee. It was hot and towards the end of the day but he was an employee nonetheless and is it too much to ask a human being for some assistance in their place of employment. Off putting, rude and not helpful to people who actually want to support Irish business. Thanks to the other chap. If I was the owner I would be training this uninterested person in customer service.

I order something from nenagh and I live in Waterford. It’s been 3 weeks I’m still waiting for my parcel. Sent them an email no reply rang the phone no answer to this day I still haven’t received my parcel. Will never order again. Horrible horrible horrible. And they use the worse delivery service in the country.

Advertised to close at 3pm christmas eve. Arrived at 2.50 in Ennis to find the staff had closed early. 8 people left waiting outside.
Man on the till shouted out closed happy Christmas!!!??

Just came out of the shop in Nenagh The staff is sooo sweet happy and helpful and the products in there are absolutely awesome I got 3 things for my boy for his birthday one of it original from the movie transformers and very good price i don't want to go to any other shop to get toys anymore ....World of Wonder are fantastic 🥰🥰🥰

Just wanted to give a big thank you to world of wonder toys who delivered a package for me this Christmas. I requested that the packaging be discreet as it was a gift for someone living in the house. Not only did they wrap the whole box in black out cling film, they also put the toy into a box for another toy to misdirect size and shape!! I really appreciate the effort!

Had a great customer service experience with Christina.

Every time I order online from this company I am impressed with their range of toys and their prices. They had a special discount on last weekend and it really helped me prepare for Christmas, with great savings! I sent an email to ask could they deliver the toys in discreet packaging, as they were special Christmas gifts and my order arrived covered in black plastic packaging! Very good customer service! 👌🏼

Visited this shop today in Killarney to purchase birthday gifts for my niece. We made big purchases between two families including a buggy for €13. After paying, I put a teddy in the buggy and it completely broke. I asked the staff member if they had any glue. My brother asked if it was possible to replace or repair the buggy, considering we had just bought it and it broke with tiny pressure of putting a teddy in. I found the staff unhelpful and suggested we ‘come back next week to talk to manager’. I suggest going to Dealz around the corner - the quality and service was appalling.

Where do I begin?
Bought a Huffy bike.
Bike developed a fault.
Took a long time for these to accept that I had returned the bike.
I asked for refund...
The bike was returned to me, in a worse condition than it was when I sent it back.
No refund for me it seems.
Oh, and they charged me a shipping fee, just for the fun of it.
Bike was rusty, flaking paint, ripped saddle, with loads of tape on it.
It's like a piece of s%1$ that sticks to your shoe, you try to get it off but you just can't seem to get the s%1$ off.
Don't try asking for a refund from these furkersers.
I ended up throwing it in the metal recycling at our local Corporation yard, so I suppose it did serve a purpose.
Can you give negative stars?
What a piece of s%1$ .
Money down the drain.
Avoid, if you can.

I was frantically looking for a particular Monster Truck that my son wanted for his birthday. I couldn't find it reasonably priced anywhere, I was very worried that I'd have to buy one on ebay and spend a fortune on shipping. I'd never heard of World Of Wonders before, but suddenly their website appeared saying that they had one stock! The Monster Truck arrived the next day! I'll definitely be buying from them again. Thank you so much for an excellent service!

Purchased a item for my sons birthday the day before it and a bit stressed that it might not arrive in time. I contacted customer service and they got back to me straight away. I got my delivery the next day in time for the party. Excellent customer service and next day delivery. Couldn’t have asked for better service. I would recommend highly to anyone.

Was searching for a particular doll for my niece and found it on WOW website. Emailed them this morning and got a phone call within half an hour from Marian who could'nt have been more helpful. Dolls are now ordered and on the way and it's not even lunchtime. Great service. Thank you Marian.

I had my 4 year old and 2 year old with me in World Of Wonder Clonmel today. My 4 year old needed the bathroom ( anyone knows when your child asks to go to the bathroom you move. I approached a member of staff and there was another employee close by to ask to use the bathroom facilities. She said the closest is KFC or a locate coffee. My son had a toy in his hand which I was going to purchase, but she said they had no toilets. I queried even the employee one as this was urgent. I was refused. Thankfully I had someone else with me otherwise I would have had to get a 2 year old and 4 year old across a car park and take their purchases off them. So just the 4 year old to take the toys out of his hands. When we returned to the store the helpful staff member who refused to let my 4 year old use the bathroom approached us with the toy we had previously. Never one to miss a sale. The paw patrol boat we went into purchase was over 30 euro more expensive than it is priced in Smyths.

I will not be returning.

Phoned company to look for a discount code as per there website if you sign up to newsletter you get percentage off. Order was coming in at over 1000euro and when i phoned i was told i can only use discount code of second order. I explained you also charge postage here so you expect me to pay for this twice and i was told yes. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Shocking to think couldn't give anything off.

I have ordered a few times from this website and find them amazing to deal with. The orders always arrive quickly and they have a great variety of products. I'd definitely recommend them, a great business!
