The website works better but still doesn't work as expected.
However, everything else went well. When I asked for help, they responded promptly; the quality of the items was good (I presume from my past experience); and the delivery timing was normal.
My friend was delighted by the comb honey and a set of nice samplers. She mentioned the lovely birthday card, too, which I had asked them to include.

Poor packaging
Poor packaging. I bought 4 jars of honey. One jar was leaking at the top and another jar was actually cracked at the bottom.

I'm very sorry you were disappointed with your order. World of Honey sells 100% raw honey. Crystallization is a natural occurrence for raw honey and does not mean the honey is bad in any way. Different types of honey crystallize at different rates. If you would like to decrystallize your honey, place it in a shallow pan of barely simmering water. Allow the warm water to liquify the honey for 15-30 minutes. Do not microwave your raw honey, as it destroys the beneficial nutrients in the honey. Thank you for your feedback.

Glad to have this honey...had a packaging problem though
Glad to have this honey...it is a new type I have never experienced before. Have been using dandelion root on a weekly basis for about 15years now as a supportive tonic and coffee substitute.
The reason for only 3 stars was the packaging. It was insufficient to keep honey bottle secure from moving around inside the box. Because of this the lid became dented in several places, causing some of the honey to drip out. Not alot....just enough to make everything sticky. :-/
Would order again when this bottle finishes.

Hi Jessica. I'm sorry for the disappointment. Your order was placed on June 15th, however this was a Pre-Order for a Live Queen to be shipped on July 26th. Please check your order information. If you need the queen sooner we may be able to accommodate you, just please contact us by phone or email so we may resolve the issue for you. Since you are in Idaho we would still recommend Express Shipping to ensure safe delivery of your queen. With Express Shipping she should arrive two days from the scheduled shipping date, which would be July 28th.
