Ich muss zugeben, dass ich aufgrund einiger weniger schlechter Bewertungen im Vorfeld etwas skeptisch war. Trotzdem habe ich mich vom unschlagbaren Preis verführen lassen und einen Steam Key bestellt. Und was soll ich sagen:
Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: TOP! Der Preis war einfach sensationell.
Sofortige Lieferung: Der Key war praktisch sofort verfügbar.
Funktionalität in der Schweiz: Der Key hat bei mir hier in der Schweiz einwandfrei und sofort funktioniert, ohne jegliche Probleme!

happy to see i,m not the only one…
happy to see i,m not the only one facing problems with this site ....they sold me a not working key for starfield ....i doubt the key that its a legit key ...as they say in game related issues while i cant even start the game up ...then it was the hardware wasnt at the requirements ..lol ...a 5800X3D...tomahawk msi motherboard ,,,,,32g 6800 gskill memory....and 2x 2tb samsung pro ...and the arc intel A770....but its not good enough to play the game ofcourse ...please dont buy from this site there are plenty good ligit sites ...this smells more like a scam

Firstly, we would like to clarify that at no point in our communication with you through the support ticket did we attribute the issue to your hardware configuration. Our intent in recommending that you reach out to the official support was to provide you with access to experts who possess the specialized knowledge and resources required to effectively address such in-game issues.
Throughout our correspondence, you consistently asserted that the issue was related to the activation code, without having any proof on the matter. We want to reiterate another time, that the license code you received was directly sourced from the publisher and was successfully activated on your account.
It is essential to note that game crashes can, unfortunately, be common in new release games due to potential incompatibilities with various hardware and drivers. Such issues are fixed with game patches, and we believe that since you requested to close your ticket request on 15/09, mentioning that you bought the game from another source, the issue was instead fixed by a game update, and you left this unfair review.
Regarding the review posted here, since the following review doesn't represent the real events and comments shared with you, we kindly ask you to remove it. If this won't happen, we are fully prepared to furnish TrustPilot support with compelling evidence to demonstrate that the statements made in your review are inaccurate and that it was written with the intention of defaming our company.

Brought Snowrunner game from kinguin any to find the code had been used WOCK said they needed proof after sending them screen shots of the code showing invalid at Epic Games email screen shot of epic games telling me becuase i never brought the game through there website there was nothing they will do now i got WOCK telling me in there own words from replying back to me "Dear customer,
the code came in a physical box and there is no possibility that was already used before.
We kindly ask you to obtain any possible proof that would confirm your statement otherwise we won't be able to help you.

Please allow us to present a different perspective of the situation.
You bought the game from us on June 1st 2022. You have then proceeded to contact us 3 months later, reporting your key as already used leaving a negative Trustpilot review while the case was still open, and we were in the middle of gathering information from you in order to figure out a solution to the problem. You then decided to close the case, before we were able to offer you any kind of help (yet you have not mentioned any of this in your review). We would kindly ask why do you think it proper to question our conduct and quality of our products and support, while refusing to adhere to our requests and cutting contact with us, when we were in a mutual conversation on the website you purchased from.
We cannot automatically refund all our customers the moment they report something wrong with the key. Furthermore, we have a procedure to which we adhere, usually request the customer to please provide necessary proofs of previous activation, missing content etc. usually obtained from the support team of the game's platform (i.e. Origin, Steam.) We then compare these materials with our supplier statements etc. to understand if the customer's claim is correct. If it is, we offer a refund or replacement key.
Unfortunately, in this case, we did not receive a confirmatory screenshot from the customer. We requested the customer to contact Epic Support in order to receive information about activation date, but after one failed attempt, the customer refused to converse further with Epic or obtain any other proof of his claim. We had of course no intention of closing the case and waited for the customer to return with an answer. Unfortunately, the customer closed the case.
Additionally, we contacted Epic ourselves to see if we can get an answer. They provided us information that the key was used long time ago (same as the customer order, 3 months ago), reason because we decided to request additional information to the customer. You can understand, then, that we wanted to receive some sort of strong proof, before issue any sort of refund.
We would like to know how we should help you solve your problem, if you not only write a negative review while still talking to us, but also personally choose to cut contact with us.
Likewise, it seems to us that the line "Stay clear of them if you dont want this to happen to you or buy from Steam i wish id have payed the extra now id be playing the game ive payed for" written while still talking to us on Kinguin, is not an honest portrayal of the situation but an attempt to diminish our image that we try to honestly uphold each day - being fair and helpful towards all of our customers.

Betrug sondersgleichen!
WatchDogs Key gekauft, wollte ihn einlösen und siehe da! Schon aktiviert.. Kinguin klärt mit denen, das dauert aber nun schon ewig und sie flüchten sich darin, meine nicht vorhandene Spielebibliothek bei Uplay auseinander zu nehmen. Riesen Sauerei.
