I've used this service alot
I've used this service alot. All great but the last run I ran with all leather wearers when I said something I was told I was lucky to get a run. Will never use this site again.

Thanks for your review, we have done a thorough your situation and found out the following:
Your group had 3 leather and 1 mail wearers, besides you. It was not possible to make more traders, since this service isn't include default free traders. Also you didn't ask about traders.
We are always happy to offer you extra traders for lowest price whenever possible. Just ask our operators before purchase.
In this case, you had 1 trader and without any additional payments on your part. In addition, we tried to find the group as soon as possible, despite the fact that there were holidays (January 1-2).
All dialogues are saved, we checked them and didn't find a single phrase that implies that you "was lucky to get a run".
To avoid further misunderstanding and to resolve the situation, please contact us. We hope that in the future you will have only positive emotions from our service.

I’ve used their services several times and each time the groups are amazing. We managed to +2 a 10, but I’ll say It wasn’t a total carry, I held my weight.

Our boosters are very friendly, but unfortunately not everyone knows English well and can answer clearly and understandable.
On the other hand our operators are always happy to answer all your questions ^^
m15 weekly dungeon
Very fast (we were in dungeon within 15 minutes). Only weaker side is lack of communication once in group.

Was pretty fast to find a group and when we didnt pass mythic on time i still got the loot from players and we did one more. 10/10 would recomand
