Scumbags. Item did not turn up. No refund.

It's good that they have showroom, but I have heard many bad things about these people like they are selling counterfeight things and many of this products are simply not like they should be completely and totally. Everything is so damn wrong for anything.

These jacsses website needs to be deleted.

I thought I was buying a real Beyblade. But it's a fake one. So, it's 5 times more expensive than it should. The same I would buy on any Chinese toy's store. I couldn't believe it!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!! I ordered some Pokemon cards for my nephew for Christmas and I still haven't received them. I'm constantly reaching out and they tell me that it'll take 5-14 days. It's been WAY longer than that!

I purchased a Cosmic Eclipse booster box that was FAKE. Contained Unified Minds instead that were the wrong art work for that brand and the cards were FAKE.
I am well and truley F***ED off here!

Made a dumbass decision and bought cheap 30$ booster box Pokemon cards. Thought I got lucky. Got a bunch of different fake pokemon cards stuck in a box. Sucks to suck.

All good only the delivery time is too long.

I bought my daughter a 'Lego' friends for her birthday. I paid $88 for this product with 'free' shipping.
It came without a box and my daughter knew it was a fake. The pieces did not even fit together. I returned the item and stupidly paid $48 to return a faulty product. I put in a complaint but received no reply.
'The product I bought was entirely branded and numbered to resemble and replicate Lego Branded product, which is a complete misrepresentation and illegal under Australia Consumer Law. Not only that, the pieces did not fit together. The item was faulty. It did not come in packaging as promised on your website.

This website falsely states that 'when you get it wrong, you like to make things right.'

They also state that all packages come in boxes and original packaging.

This website is criminal. DO NOT BUY A THING

This company sells fake products. If you want an original product don't use it! I ordered an Apple Battery case for an Iphone 6S which unfortunately is out of production on the apple website and was not available on Amazon either. They sent an Apple 7 battery case and it is clearly a fake. I know that because I own an original one. I thought that the knock off price was due to the fact that the product was out of production. The product was shipped from Singapore and it took 20 days to arrive. I do not know if the product works or not but it is not an original Apple one. Buyer beware.

Vorsicht! Es wird offensichtlich keine Originalware versendet, sondern nachgeahmte bzw. unerlaubt hergestellte Ware. Es kann passieren - so wie in unserem Fall - dass die (9hnehin nur sehr spät zugesandte) Ware vom Zoll zurückgehalten und vernichtet wird. Dann hat man den Ärger mit der bereits bezahlten Rechnung...

My daughter ordered for my grandson a lego avenger endgame. On the advertisement wasn't clear that it was a fake one and also was written that it would arrive in 2 or 3 days. It took 20 days to arrive and to our sourprise wasn't a box but a package with all the pieces loose. When my grandson opened the package he burst in tears telling it was a fake one. I wrote to home import world to send the package back and have a rifund and the answer was "as specifically noted on the product listing, it's a generic product". I'm sorry to say it was a very bad experience to ordered from them and we would never use this company again. Vanna Mohr

Sehr schlechtes Kundenservice. Ich habe Lego gekauft und sie sind im Plastictüte gekommen. Sie antworten nicht per Email, Telefon.

Ich habe für meine Tochter lego Friends gekauft und nie erhalten, der Verkäufer gibt an das die Ware ankam, was leider nicht der Fall ist und den Verkäufer nicht interessiert. Finger weg von diesem Shop

I bought a Frozen castle for my niece. The item took ages to arrive and when it did it was sent in a plastic bag (no box) and with many pieces broken (and those that weren't did connect well together). They agreed to send me a refund but only if I paid to return the item to them (despite their returns policy stating otherwise). Terrible product, badly packaged & poor customer service. Avoid at all costs (just wish I'd read these reviews before parting with 24 quid!)

Ordered Pokemon cards from them. They took ages to arrive and when they did they were poorly packed and very obviously fake.

Malgré les avis négatifs, nous avons quand même commandé chez World Import car il vend un jouet non vendu ailleurs. Il y a eu un peu de délai mais les 2 SAV Asie et France nous ont répondu le jour même en nous assistant au mieux. Nous sommes très satisfaits et le jouet est parfait.

FAKE FAKE FAKE! Also known as Home Import World. I bought a Lol Doll Pearl for my niece for her birthday and it turned out to be totally FAKE! You find out the products come from Hong Kong after you've ordered and payed for them. These knock off toys are made by a company called Tak Yuet International. You could buy a more reliable product off the back of a van on Peckham High Street!

Terrible service! The package was late and no one replied my emails. I will never buy anything from this site again!
