WorkIndia Omdömen

It's a Scam, they take advance payment for job posting. they will not clear your KYC will take all possible documents. Surprisingly they don't refund also. This portal is totally scam and avoid wasting your money

Terrible Experience – Feels Like a Scam!

I had a very bad experience with WorkIndia. They took money with promises of job leads/services but completely failed to deliver. After payment, there was zero support, no meaningful service, and absolutely no accountability. It felt like I was just scammed.

Their customer service is non-responsive and unhelpful. They just keep giving vague answers or completely ignore your concerns. This is not how a professional platform should work.

I strongly advise others to stay away from WorkIndia. Do not fall for their marketing – it’s misleading and unethical. I hope more people speak up so others don’t waste their hard-earned money.

My experience as a Employer
I paid for a job posting and 50 unlock data,
To view this data, I am asked to pay again as my plan is not active.
Reason - at present my plan is over.
To view my data for which I have already paid, I need to pay again, This explain the work ethics of a company

Work India is the worst fraud company for job searches in Nagpur. They only offer low-paying jobs with extreme work pressure from companies that exploit employees. These platforms, including Work India, Indeed, and Naukri.com, are full of scams. They charge money from job seekers but fail to provide decent job opportunities.

None of the jobs listed here are truly worthwhile, and the salaries are ridiculously low. These platforms just keep advertising jobs, shouting "Job available! Job available!" but never offer anything above ₹10,000–₹15,000. Why don’t they go beyond ₹25,000–₹30,000 for Nagpur job seekers? It’s pure exploitation!

These job portals are just looking for ratings to deceive people. The companies they list don’t even offer proper in-hand salaries, and yet they claim to have jobs. The whole system is a joke, trapping job seekers in a cycle of disappointment.

Work India is a fraudulent company.

Once you register, they send you 500 CVs. If you select someone from them, they ask for money for travel expenses. After receiving the money, the person switches off their phone.

I had already complained about this earlier, but Work India hasn’t resolved the issue. These people have taken money from many others, and the company doesn’t seem to care. The company's reputation is being ruined because of such clients.

I want the amount I paid to be refunded to me within 48 hours.

workindia is a fraud company. they claim moneyback guarantee. but they have no real listings. they have fraud listings and not much profiles and then will never return the money back. they are looking to fool new people everyday with false promises.

very horrible experience it was!!
they taken money 1st, then provide suscription, then stuck us on KYC, we provided GST, TAN n all details therefore they not varified due to bank details. why they forcing to provide bank details if they already taken money in advanced?
they provide subscription after money transferred only.
till 3 months they did not approve my KYC & blocked the account.
once time duration completed, lots of manager call me for activation.
any sense is there, i am fool? to pay again?

Absolutely useless website.Took the plan for atleast 2-3 times as I had 3-4 positions to fill at various times. But could find only 1 right candidate till now. Also no god support from their sales/service team.

useless services , after paying amount no one respond. online scam on the name of staff providing.

Payment karne ke bad account deactivate Kiya Bina information.
Call karne ke bad website check karo.
Payment lene se pahle continue call karte the msg. Email karte the. Payment ke bad website dekho karke answer dete hai.
Refund ke bare bola tho account active hone ke bad hoga

They offer , they take money, then after they receive money they trap user asking legal documents if not able to provide they block account even if genuine paid company active i have proof one of our company Kushi foods we just plan and advertise for chefs they block our other company just not provided the documents and they not refunded the amount they took

shish compny scam for me,maine work india pr job k leye ragestor keya mere pass call aee m gurganv gya scourty office unhone mere se 1500 rupay leye or mere ko leter deya bola apko dwarka jana pdega vanha ja k letter de dena m gya 600 rupay vanha leye ab bola apkee 1week ke traning hoge delhi m traning poore hote he jha ap job karoge vanhi se dress mil jayegi

They promised suitable candidates and even after paying them for 3 times i couldn't get a single candidate. i decided to delete my account but they said they don't have an option to delete account while their privacy policy clearly says this

"If you would like us to delete your account in our system, you can do so through the your account (once you logged in, visit settings/ user settings, and then click on the close my account link). We give you the choice regarding the collection and usage of your personally identifiable information"

Our portal was used by some of their executive and our database was burnt. When complained their Executives will treat you like you're an uneducated moron who knows nothing about technology or recruitment. Our office is based in Kolkata and they somehow uploaded posted Ad for recruitment in Mumbai and burnt our allotted database. They also kept those ad post hidden. These are big time cheat. Don't buy it unless you wanna lose your hard earned monies.

Fraud company specially DSPL media. They claim to give you money but they actually end up giving you less what was written. They ask you to work and don't pay accordingly.

I'm from Badnaam Chai, Pune, I've very bad experience with workindia. It is a fraud company, they take 10% advance from me of candidates monthly salary and failed to provided right candidate, also didn't return my money. Plz anyone don't do any kind of transaction with this company.

Very bad experience, before taking their plans, they daily call us and what's app also, but after payment done, they are not replying and not receiving the calls. Totally fraud company.

My experience has been good till last month. All of sudden they asked for my KYC and then without proper cross-examination (I was least expecting from the back end less educated workforce) termed my organization in rejected status.

I have seen a lot of fraud taking place to make new accounts.

I'm also angry because in one of my job postings for which I had paid around 2100/- I was unable to access the data of job applicants which I received since abruptly they kept it on hold for reasons they know better.

WORK INDIA job portal has not proven to be a trustworthy platform. We, as employers, have had a negative experience where they accepted payment from us but failed to activate the service as promised. We strongly advise others to exercise caution and thoroughly research before engaging in any financial transactions with WORKINDIA
