Almost two years being their client, I can honestly say: “This is the best coworking space in Sofia!”
Located 100 m to metro station, shopping mall, nice interior and meeting rooms of all sizes.
I have been in the suite for almost 4 years and we've seen a lot of changes in that time. I'm very pleased with the current Community Associates based here (completely professional, helpful, quickly responsive) and the back office appears to be running better than it has in some time.
So, 4-stars from a staffing perspective, BUT, the overall character of the space needs much better definition. Wall Street attracts a certain clientele (finance, attorneys - more 'traditional' industries) and we currently have what I can only describe as a hodgepodge décor...half standard and half pseudo modern. In comparison to some of the other locations (particularly Chicago), Wall Street would definitely benefit from a facelift, it just needs to be in a clear and cohesive direction.

Very happy with WorkBetter office spaces. Our office spaces are quiet, private and professional. Our engineers are grateful not to be in a glass cube farm with little privacy, and can instead focus and build. As founder the atmosphere sets the right tone for meeting with our enterprise clients and investors. The support team is friendly and available for our requests. We are happy to be here- and in a crowded field of many co-working spaces- WorkBetter stands apart for being professional and polished.
With pleasure using the service of Work Better. They can understand the situation and give a solution witch "works better" then somewhere else.

Day offices services need a little bit of improvement like wi-fi printing and scanning and fax. Also more networking opportunities. Otherwise I'm very happy.

I was lied to repeatedly by Work Better staff about many things. Over time, it became clear that the manager in Chicago was volatile and untrustworthy.
I was never told that our contract would auto-renew 90 days before the lease expiration. I was not told about this during my initial walkthrough, when I signed my initial contract or at any point during the term of our lease. When I informed the staff that we did not want to renew our contract 75 days before the lease expiration, I was told that it had already renewed. This was quite a shock as I was given absolutely no notification of this auto-renewal feature. I was given no notification that our lease was set to auto-renew for a year. The original contract that I signed was an illegible photocopy and no one went through the key terms, especially something as important as an automatic auto-renewal 90 days prior to the expiration. Instead of trying to work something out and being understanding to a small business owner, the staff was rude, inflexible and confrontational to me.
Work Better accepts credit card payments from some of its tenants, but chooses to not accept them from others. When I requested to pay with a credit card, I was refused repeatedly. I paid my rent on time with a check. I was never given a logical reason for this inconsistency.
There was high turnover of the staff at Work Better. We were regularly informed by staff members of the high-pressure and repressive management style of the local manager in Chicago. There appeared to be a direct, causal relationship between the management style and the high turnover of staff.
I will recommend to anyone to stay away from leasing space at Work Better and to avoid having any interactions with this company. My hope is that they will soon decide to leave Chicago, which will be a tremendous improvement to our great city!!

The space is great -- the staff managing it is exceptional. The culture they promote is in keeping with this exciting mission. Only great things to say about the Company. Love the events they host and the commitment to community and excellence in creating a dynamic high performing environment.
We were at a WeWork before and now we feel we can actual bring clients and pursue our business in a professional way... and the overhead is being taken of. Love it!
