Amazing customer service!!

I tried the jeans and they were honestly really cute. What stood out the most though was the customer service. It was hands down the best I’ve ever experienced. Shipping did take a little longer, so just be aware of that, but their customer service truly goes above and beyond.

I had such a great experience with Woolio’s customer service! I recently purchased a pair of jeans that didn’t end up being the right fit for me, and I was honestly expecting the return process to be a hassle—but it was the exact opposite.
From start to finish, everything was smooth, quick, and incredibly easy. The instructions were clear, communication was prompt, and the whole process felt seamless. It’s so refreshing to deal with a company that truly makes returns stress-free.
Excellent customer service like this makes a huge difference, and it definitely gives me confidence to shop with Woolio again. Highly recommend!

Fast -and polite- response to my emails. I was a little concerned when I placed the order as I’d never heard of Woolio before but when my parcel arrived (sculpt jeans and jelly bra) I was so happy! The bra is super comfortable, and the jeans are everything I hoped for! A great light blue vintage washed colour. Due to the stretch they fit my body perfectly, I can squat and lunge and curl up on the sofa because they feel like leggings! Genuinely so pleased and have recommended already to my friend group :)

I’ve been searching for the perfect jeans for months as I wanted to sway away from skinny jeans… honestly the amount I’ve spent is unreal. These arrived today and from the minute I put them on I felt incredible.

I have a non existent bum due to weight loss…. It’s reappeared!!!

I did have a minor issue with my tracking code, but as soon as I contacted customer service I had a response within the hour that sorted my issue.

I’ve already recommended these jeans to 2 people today and will continue to do so.

Definitely going to keep my eye on the site for new clothing!

I’m extremely happy with this purchase! The product quality is excellent, and the size is exactly as described. The leggings are warm and have a very soft, comfortable feel, making them perfect for colder days.

Although I experienced a small issue with the delivery, it was resolved quickly. The customer service is outstanding, they responded to my emails immediately, no matter the time or day. The person who assisted me made me feel truly heard and took my concern seriously, which I really appreciated.

I hope the brand continues to grow because they truly deserve it. They’re fantastic, and I fully recommend them!

I was very sad that the tights did not fit me. The size I bought was too big everywhere except on the waist which was too snug. I guess I’m a weird shape. However, the returns process was very straightforward. I simply emailed them for instructions and they stayed in contact with me through every step of the process. I loved the tights. They were incredibly comfortable except for my issue with the waist. Even though I could not keep them, I was very impressed with the service and the product.

So happy with these tights/legging they do exactly what they say in the advert & look great definitely will be treating the ladies in my family - excellent product & friendly customer service - thank you ☺️

I was sceptical but actually the tights are beautiful, it seems I made an error with sizing and customer services rectified it for me so could not fault the customer service at all.
Really impressed

Ordered on the 21st Jan and still have not arrived. Disappointed.

Edited: Ok, so these took a long time to arrive, they are not a buy today wear tomorrow kind of arrangement, but other than that these are fantastic. They are warm and look like I am wearing 10 denier tights. No cellulite shows through and the foot is a normal stocking so they aren’t too bulky to wear with shoes. Customer service was responsive, and helpful which I liked very much. (Also they are human beings not AI robots). My only other thought is that I normally buy a M/L in tights - but these are roomy and stretchy so a S would have worked better for me. I’m a curvy Uk size 12
