I love Jord Watches. There watches are beautiful and they have lovely accessories. I have been loving my Jord hat. It's a great fit and nice colour.

I absolutely LOVE my Jord watches! I have the wooed bands and the leather ones. They are both great quality! I get so many compliments on them and they go with so many of my outfits and style!

Some people say why would you wear a tree (wood) on your wrist but you gotta say cause JORD and they say who’s JORD and you say well they have the best wood watches in the game!

I am a watch lover and love to try different brands to buy watch!

Shopping and ordering on Jord website from so long and experience is just amazing.

Wood watches are very new in india and Jord is killing it!

Honestly was impressed with the wide selection they offered, from classic, no frills to elegant and sophisticated. The watch I got was beautiful – you can tell it carefully crafted with an eye for detail... personally a big fan of wooden watches given the versatility with different outfits. Best of all, the watches are priced reasonably, especially considering the quality and design... fan for life!

Where do I even start! I love everything I have gotten from Jord from the Watches, hand bags, sunglasses and hats! They are all very stylish and you can clearly see the love and care they put into their wooden watches by the amazing craftsmanship.

I have their wallet and two wood watches, love them and I always get a lot of compliments! The material is really good quality, I feel like it will last forever even though I use these items every single day. I highly recommend JORD if you like sustainable fashion pieces that go with everything!

I have a wool hat, two leather and one wood Apple Watch band and an original wood watch. The quality is the best I have ever used and the uniqueness gets me SO many compliments! I think their products are very much in style and are very versatile!

I brought 2 matching watches for me and my partner, I fell in love as soon as I seen them in person. Great craftsmanship and there’s just so much attention and detail in the watches! 😍 one watch came broken but with great customer service they replaced it within a heart beat and was so apologetic. Definitely would recommend if you’re looking for a great looking watch! Get some many compliments 😍💕

12/20/20 I do not recommend never buying in this store, a year ago I bought some items and it took almost 2 months to deliver the order and this year we have already had several conversations where they promised delivery before the 20th, it has been 3 weeks, now they do not respond, it is a company with very bad customer service, they never solve the problems of their clients, the fault of the damage or delivery is on the other companies, never theirs, they are a shame as a company (I thought they had improved, I was wrong twice)

Over the Black Friday weekend, the price of a watch I was going to purchase dropped from $113 to $61. I decided to cancel my initial order and repurchase since the price was so great. When I repurchased at the $61, I received an email saying I was charged $102. I reached out to the company and they refused to honor the price that I paid at checkout (which I had screenshots of with the order number) because they said it was an error. The lady I spoke with through chat cancelled an order after I told her not to and prior to all of this, the watch I ordered was no longer in stock when I made my second purchase, but was still showing up on the webpage. I had been communicating with someone over email who also refused to honor the price I had when I placed the order and completely stopped emailing me back. The watches are beautiful, but I would rather not spend money at a company with such awful customer service and one that refuses to honor an error on their website.

I am actually impressed! Their customer support is fantastic, gives you a warm feeling on their website. I'm for sure going to buy one of their fantastic watches.

The first time i bought a watch i was very happy with it. It did broke pretty fast within a year but i thought it was my own fault. I bought a new one but now after 1,5 year it broke at the same spot again... so as you might expect i am not buying there again. I did see pictures of the new watches were they put in more steel at the weak spots were mine broke.

Awful shopping experience. I ordered a brand new Jord watch from the UK, paying all the expensive duties (tax) and what arrived is unworkable product - the hands of the watch do not move even though I simply tried to reset and done everything right. Bad product.

I purchased a pair of padauk and rose gold titanium Holly sunglasses and I love them. They are great quality, sleek and versatile enough to wear to a range of different events and style with almost any outfit. Highly recommend this product.

Really Jord? I pay 220 dollars to buy a watch i wait three months for it and you send me one that doesn't tell time? Its literally impossible to change the time. Just send me my money back...

I'm in UK and I ordered a gorgeous Jord watch like mine for my daughter's birthday - only to discover she'd just bought another one. I requested a cancellation and got a nice reply with a smiley face by return - and was reimbursed immediately. Brilliant service.

I bought a watch for my man and a few months later it broke out of nowhere with the slightest touch. I was pretty disappointed by this because for some reason I assumed higher price meant higher quality but boy was I wrong. I thought it would be no problem to send it for repair bc all over the jord website it makes it sound so easy. I sent the watch In for repair at the end of April 2020. I got numerous messages that it was either sent back to me new, or they have sent my watch back repaired. Well a few weeks went by and I still haven’t received it. I contacted customer support numerous times very politely and they basically told me they don’t have the parts to fix a watch that they clearly still have the same watch I bought in there inventory... I have yet to get a response on now if they are even going to send me Not repaired Property back at this time. SAVE YOUR MONEY! This company does not care about customer service or making anything right.
