Buying or selling a property can be a stressful time. Here at Woodward Solicitors, we have the knowledge and experience to make the process as easy and stress-free as possible. We cannot totally eliminate the stress, as most of us who have moved house will testify, however we will do all that we can to minimise it. We welcome feedback, both positive and negative. Please note that the conveyancing process can be slow and cumbersome., and sometimes your frustrations can be aimed at ourselves, when they really should be aimed at the system. Remember, you are our client and we want to do the very best for you, we are only paid if and when your matter completes, hence we want to achieve that as soon as we can, without missing any information that we need to report to you. Buying a property is one of the largest purchases that you will ever make, so we are on your side in achieving that goal, by advising on what you are buying in the shortest time frame that we can, without cutting any corners.

A brilliant service from Joy and Ellie on the sale of my house. The process of the sale was really smooth with a fast turnaround. Excellent service
Having previously bought and sold a couple of properties using other solicitors with fairly indifferent experiences, it was an absolute pleasure to deal with Woodwards. Angela, Danielle and Hannah who handled my sale were excellent, they were always available if I called them and in a world where most companies are incapable of returning a call they would get back to me within an hour without fail. I have no hesitation in recommending them and I will use them again in future when my next move happens

Outstanding experience
I would highly recommend Woodward Solicitors. I recently sold my house and purchased a new house and instructed Woodward Solicitors to do all the conveyancing for both properties. Everything was so easy and straightforward. I could check the process online at my convenience to see how everything was progressing.

Efficient service & good communication
Woodwards have just done the conveyancing for the sale of our parents' house. The process has been efficient and we have received regular updates at every step. Abbie Lee was the main solicitor dealing with the case and she quickly answered any questions we had and any queries from buyers side were also communicated and dealt with quickly. Really happy with the service, everything has gone smoothly and we would definitely recommend.
