Prompt delivery and good backup…
Prompt delivery and good backup service. I had a couple of damaged panels which after I sent in pictures of the damage, I was told I could could have a discount or have them replaced. I opted for the discount as the damage was on the edge, which had to be trimmed. I do recommend checking all panels on delivery so delivery driver could take them back.

Delivery to improve
It isn't the first time I buy their acoustic panels. They are great quality but unfortunately this time all 6 panels arrived damaged. I appreciate that it is the delivery company's mistake but since the delivery fee was so high, I would have expected better care of the products. I did not have time to return them due to a tight building schedule and luckily we were able to cut off the damaged part and put the rest in a hidden corner so it wouldn't be so visible. Just a shame.

Nice design, but inconsistent quality and QA
I purchased a variety of products from WoodUpp. Whilst the design on their products are nice, with lots of focus on unboxing experience - I found their actual akupanels to be inconsistent.
I ordered 10 panels, once I had opened them (which took me a while to work through) I realised 4 of them had the first slat not aligned with the rest, meaning it was longer at one end and shorter at the other. I emailed support and their reply was to hammer it… yeah that’s not gonna work as the slats are stapled every ~30cm. When I replied about what to do about this next, I got stone cold silence. I sent a few replies and got nothing back so I’ll just vote with my wallet in future projects.
At the end of my project one of my last panels glued to the wall I realised a one off… the felt was not level from top to bottom! Resulting in the next panel with a not so flattering extra few mm gap at the top.
I did need to return another item though and that was dealt with no problem. It’s just the slats that become problematic.
All in all, lovely products if you get lucky (hence 3 stars). And quite frustrating if like me, are unlucky (else would have been 5 only they would reply to resolve the issues with the panels).
Would I use them again for future projects? No, they’re the most expensive and I anticipated zero issues with the actual panels!
Edit following WoodUpp reply. I replied on 5th and had no response back from that and followed up on the 12th and still no response. Check again! Inconsistent comms. I’ll contact again and update here once I hear back the outcome.

I can completely understand why this experience has left you disappointed. When you choose a premium product, you should be able to expect consistency across the panels, and I’m sorry that wasn’t your experience here.
I’ve checked your case and can see that Jay got back to you on August 5th. If the advice he provided wasn’t the solution you were looking for, then I’m sorry we didn’t manage to help you properly at that point.
What concerns me most is that you mention sending several follow-up emails without receiving a response. I can’t see those messages in the conversation on our side. If they were perhaps sent from another email address, please forward them to us so we can investigate what happened.
Either way, I’d like us to take another look at this rather than leave things where they are. I’ll follow up with the team and make sure your experience and the issues with the panels are looked into properly. 💛

Good quality product, ordered after receiving a sample. Not yet put on the wall. Easy to order online. Well packaged, arrived on time. The panels are heavy so beware when lifting them.

WoodUpp offers excellent products. They may not be the cheapest option on the market, but the quality is something you can both see and feel. The materials are well made, the finish is superb, and the overall product feels premium. I would definitely recommend them.

Great product with very thick felt and good finish. Delivered quickly and easy to put up. One word of advice if you’re glueing your panels try not to do it in hot weather as the glue goes off very quickly

Very happy with the product and the advice given on the phone. Disappointed with the delivery being to the block front door only. I understand this is pretty standard nowadays and maybe I expect too much for heavy packages to taken inside the property.
