I purchased this as a gift for my wife and she absolutely loved it!!!!! These puzzle's are great quality and super cool highly recommend buying them

I made my purchase through Shop and that gave me a much earlier delivery date and was realistic, but as soon as I reached out to the company, they responded very quickly with actual tracking information. The product is very nice and I will definitely consider purchasing with them again.

Updated review: The WoodsStoryUA team offered and sent me an additional identical puzzle to the one I ordered, which was absolutely perfect! I really appreciate all the help and generosity Pavel has shown me. Their customer service is top-notch!

Previous review: This made a beautiful Christmas gift. I ordered in late November, which I knew was a bit of a risk, but Viktoriia was so kind and helpful throughout the process. Unfortunately, the package arrived a couple of days after the expected delivery date. I don’t blame the store for any shipping delays, especially during the holidays. The only minor issue was that a few of the outer edge pieces had a small sliver of white along the edge, rather than the image extending all the way to the border. Nonetheless, my mother loved this puzzle, and I believe it came at a great price.

The personalized puzzle is of very good quality, the packaging was excellent, and the delivery arrived two weeks ahead of schedule! Communication with the seller was very good! Thank you very much, I would gladly order again.

Woods Story’s checkout and shipping policy are extremely misleading.

Their website clearly states “Free shipping worldwide” and “Free shipping on orders over USD 50.” My order exceeded USD 50, yet I was still charged USD 17.90 for shipping at checkout. This directly contradicts their own published policy and is unacceptable.

What makes the situation worse is that the order could not be canceled even though it had not been shipped, and customer service has completely ignored my emails. I contacted them multiple times and received no response at all.

In addition, the checkout process itself was problematic and incomplete. I was unable to add all the items I originally intended to purchase due to website issues, no discount code was applied, and the payment went through without any OTP or standard credit card verification, which is very concerning.

Overall, this has been a frustrating and untrustworthy shopping experience:
misleading shipping claims, unexpected charges, no cancellation option, and unresponsive customer service.

I would not recommend Woods Story unless these issues are clearly addressed.

Only received one base and FOUR puzzles.
One of the four puzzles is incorrect.
Missing two correct puzzles .

Proud that the product was made in the Ukraine and it turned out beautifully.

BUT your communication could improve. I thought for a while that I had become a part of a scam. Communication was intermittent at best.

I still don't get my order

Received my order just in time… and SO impressed with the quality and presentation! Beautifully done! Used my own picture and they reproduced it just right. Box is a wonderful bonus design. I would love to see a couple other choices for the whimsy puzzle pieces, (I only have cats and horses) but a small request that really doesn’t take away from the lovely design of the product.
Company was kind and clear when I reached out to them and responded within 36 hrs(there is a big time difference!) or less.
Price was better than other companies for buying 2. The only caveat for consumers would be to take the extra time to order well in advance: the puzzles come from overseas, and extra time is needed to clear the complex customs (eye roll here). So I would suggest 4 weeks to be certain of arriving on time, and be pleasantly surprised when it comes early.
I will definitely order another… after the holidays. Thank you, puzzle people!

Update: I did receive the puzzles. It did take awhile to receive, but the puzzles were really well made and nice. I would purchase from here again.

I ordered 2 puzzles on the 10th of December. The USPS has been awaiting the item since the 16th. Still no update. I have emailed the company twice with no response.

I've not received my order. Hard to review when there is nothing to review.

I would highly recommend this company as they resolved some issues I had with shipping. Their puzzles look top notch and very fun. I appreciate their communication with me and willingness to make things right.

My puzzles arrived and the quality (and wood smell!) is fantastic! Definitely right up there with the highest quality wood puzzles I have had. The jig cut is challenging and the hidden shape pieces have been fun. I will definitely be ordering again!

Shipping update:
After an initial delay of a week to respond to my email requesting status, the seller has been very communicative and has explained the current challenges shipping from Ukraine, which is completely understandable. I have recommended they attempt to provide international shipping progress updates in the future to minimize confusion and help set expectations on arrival time. From order to delivery was a little over 6 weeks, which is completely fine for me, but setting expectations would be wise.

I didn’t realize this company was out of the country and now the package is stuck in customs, requiring multiple forms to be filled out including my personal information with no guarantee of receiving the package. If I knew this prior, I would have gone with another company. It has also been almost a month since I initially ordered. Disappointed this has turned i to such a debacle.

I haven't received my order yet. Tracking says the label was created but the carrier hasn't received it yet. Ordered on Oct 11... it is Oct 30.

I did finally receive my order and the puzzle is excellent! I loved putting it together and putting the puzzle mounting kit on was very easy!
