The product ordered looked completely…
The product ordered looked completely different from that displayed on screen at the point of sale.
I appreciate they can send out samples however there should not be any real difference looking at Rustic Oak when you receive what can only be described as Pine....
I brought this up with the company and was told I would need to send back the panels at my own expense for a refund despite asking for a collection when I had placed a second order for a shade darker of panels.
Won't be ordering or using for future customer or DIY projects.

We would always advise ordering a sample before placing an order so that you feel confident with your choice. Our veneers are made from real wood so natural colour variations may occur. We accept returns if you change your mind but, as stated in our terms and conditions, we do not cover the cost of return shipping if you have decided you do not like the product.
We are more than happy to send out a new shade to you but we will need the original product returned to us first. Please contact us so we can discuss this further.

Damaged wood and because I had thrown…
Damaged wood and because I had thrown packaging away he refused to help . Owner says he packs deliveries and he remembers packing mine distinctly??? Really , it hasn’t been sprayed properly and he wasn’t helpful at all , so won’t be using them ever again .

Looks fab
Excellent, dispatched and delivered within 3 days. Product is good and of good quality. Looks amazing when put up and transforms the look of your room. Though, do note, when adjoining the panels together, the gap remains little bigger than the gaps between the slats. by a mm or 2mm. Having spoken to the manager, he advised that it has been brought to his attention and that his supplier/ manufacturer is in the process of getting this resolved. Not a problem for me, as I'll be using a led strip light between for those adjoining panels gaps, which will give sufficient room to allow for the LEDs to sit in between the gap. Overall, happy with my purchase!
