I am so sorry to hear that Palletways didn't contact you; we give them very specific instructions to contact all customers prior to delivery, so it's immensely frustrating when they ignore this.
No one wants a pallet arriving out of the blue, so I share your annoyance. I'm glad you happened to be home but agree it's unacceptable and reflects very badly on us as a business. Please accept my apologies.

The Beech Logs are brilliant
The Beech Logs are brilliant, very hot and last a reasonable time, so we took the opportunity to stock up for winter when they became available.
