Wood Floor Store Omdömen

Brilliant showroom on Airton Road and had a great experience with Martin for their launch day. Friendly staff too, super glad we went with Wood Floor Store

The service was amazing.

I had a great experience with Wood Floor Store Swords branch. Conor McC was very helpful and always made himself available as we had to book our flooring well in advance. They also had a hassle free return policy which was also convenient. Highly recommend WFS both for service and quality of the products.

Very friendly and helpful member of staff looked after us.

All good! The sales costumer very helpful and kind, best price in the city!

Best customer service. I really appreciate 😊

excellent from start to finish 🙌🙌 lovely people to deal with and amazing floor

Great service in store and great sale price

Highly recommend Wood Floor Store. I recently purchased a laminate for a downstairs bedroom, I chose a waterproof product and the people who put it down for me said it’s the best they have ever worked with. It look amazing, we will definitely use this company again

Very good help , nice service and quick...
Thanks lads

8mm laminate very disappointing as small pieces lifted after a few months on 1 board.
I would not recommend 8mm + soundproof underlay for an upstairs bedroom as movement, noise still heard in room underneath.

Cliona was very helpful when ordering our flooring.

Great customer service, great advice highly recommended Gemma thank you

We had a fantastic experience at Woodfloor Store thanks to Sarah. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we needed. Her guidance made the whole process so easy. Highly recommend!

I purchased wood flooring from The Wood Floor Store today and couldn’t be happier with the service. Conor was excellent — very knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful in guiding me through the options. He made what could have been a stressful decision feel straightforward and easy. Highly recommend both Conor and the store!

Polite, friendly, helpful, staff, dealt with Shane, at the showroom just up from the airport and he was extremely knowledgeable about the product he was selling. As a result of the service I received from the staff there and being extremely pleased with the flooring we bought, we've recommended your store to anyone we know, who's been looking for flooring. We've also purchased more of the same flooring recently and will continue to purchase more as we complete the renovation of each room.
It has been an ideal way of purchasing the flooring, as it possible to get an exact match, without having to spend large amounts of money in one go and not having to try to store it, whilst renovating, but gave continuity throughout the building.
I understand that you may wish to verify the authenticity of the response, so permission is given to verify the details of my purchases through the store I used, which is on the Old Airport Road.

Excellent service

From start to finish, a fantastic service...at time of selecting floor in February, Naoise was informative & very patient with our requests. At the time of fitting in April, Alan, of the floor fitting crew was so accommdating in arranging date to fit floor & Aaron was prompt on arrival & the floor fitted very well...the floor itself looks great in our new home..highly recommend this company!!
