Pathetic after sales service by WS. We have made several purchases from this brand and had highly recommended it to our friends and family. Recently we purchased a furniture item from the Panjim Goa store and it was found to be defective. We raised a ticket for resolution and the carpenters visited our house for rectification. They tried their best but could not rectify it. We asked WS for replacement of the product to which we were told that this is the maximum they can do from their side and no replacement will be provided.
I am sharing my experience for people who are looking to buy from them. Since it is a prepaid purchase, and if you receive a defective product you will have to happily accept it and continue using the defective product. No doubt they have really good products but your hard earned money is at stake once you make the payment.
Be careful.
Also note that your calls and messages will not be answered by their Panjim Goa store in such cases.

Purchased Hazeline 3-Drawer Wooden Chest Of Drawers. The door has crack and it is fixed with wood filler. Looking very bad. Paid 24000 INR and quality for product is horrible. Spoke to customer care they are not ready to accept the issue and resolve. Wooden street need to be professional. We pay huge for defect free product not to compromise on quality.

Recently purchased a key holder, when received hooks are not aligned properly and it was not as it is seen on the website while purchasing. Customer support executive says it's a standard product and not ready to replace.

I purchased a Walken Sheesham Wood Bed with Full Drawer Storage (King Size, Honey Finish), Order Id: 481761 dated 02/07/2023 for Rs 43020.00 for my son Shivendera Singh whose name is reflected in the proforma invoice. The problem is that if one just leans on the footrest side of the bed or while walking a little pressure causes the alignment of the bed to go haywire and out of the two drawers on one side, one protrudes out and the other one goes inside. Had raised a ticket number 121439 and Mr Sandeep Kumar Sharma inspected the bed and he said that this fault cannot be resolved. According to him if one screws the top panels of the bed that are supposed to be lifted for accessing the inner storage the problem can be resolved. Then what’s the use of purchasing a bed with storage? It looks like there is a technical flaw with the design of the bed.
If mere pressure on the bed while walking disrupts the alignment of the bed then what good is the bed for, does that mean that one has to watch his steps while walking near the bed? Mr Sandeep Kumar Sharma clicked a video when I showed him the problem and told me that he had shared that video with the branch and head office. In that video, one can clearly see that a mere touch while walking moves the footrest side of the bed to the opposite side disrupting the alignment of the bed.
Have sent them an email and the video clicked by the company’s carpenter twice and even logged a complaint on their website. Aside from replying the company did not even acknowledge the emails or the online complaint. Looks like the support team has withdrawn into a shell and has become deaf and dumb. Kudos Woodenstreet!

I ordered an emperor cane arm chair from WS, Kolkata in August 2023. While the make and quality of the product is outstanding (5/5), it is not very comfortable (3/5). Delivery time was very, very long; about 3 months (1/5).

Cheaters and pathetic customer service- Never ever buy from here. Trust me and mark my words. Firstly there was a technical glitch and i was charged more for the product. Secondly the size is not queen its 4'4" instead of 5, there was late delivery and zero communication, tracking is inaccurate even after delivery it showed in transit. I was charged for stair case shifting but delivery person used lift.If this was not enough the customer service is pathetic i had to call several times to get the refund and they dont provide any update on email or call. After 15 days, they said they will refund money in wallet and not in original source. Which is basically forcing me to buy more from this pathetic place and get harassed more. Also the storage in the bed is for namesake and good for nothing.
Have you ever wondered why all their products are always rated 4.8 or 4.9? Thats because they manipulate data. They dont post poor reviews and dont consider that in average calculation. I had posted my experience which doesn't reflect in their reviews section. When its all perfect it's a sign that something is fishy. In all their products rating chart you will see 0% 1 and 2 star ratings. Only 3 and above. That too I am sure they dont show all 3 stars

Had a great experience with wooden street, i purchased 3 seater sofa set and it's lookibg classy and elegant. I would suggest all of my family member, friends and relavites to shop all of your home furniture with wooden street

I am really not sure how this company is still in business. They deliver damaged products and don't have the courtesy to fix reported issues or replace their rubbish and damaged products. Utterly disgusted!

I ordered all my solid wood furniture from Wooden Street. Loved the products! But terrible timelines and very inefficient customer service. Months of chasing after payment was very frustrating. Except, one Mr. Jigar Patel from the Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad Store who had assisted me in my purchase helped me. He pushed relentlessly till the final delivery. I must mention, my product was ordered for Kolkata.

I ordered 6 dining chairs from WoodenStreet online. Out of six, one of the chair has a patch on the top which is very much evident and looks obnoxious and irritating. I raised complaint regarding the same and a carpenter was sent to rectify it but he couldn’t fix it and said that it can’t be fixed. Same was told by the customer care support earlier. But after around two weeks, I got a call saying that product has no defect and it needs no correction. I feel cheated as a customer. Remember we don’t buy furniture just for use and comfort, we also buy them to decorate our homes.

They sell the worst of worst products.wooden street is the no.1 worst company. Orderd Sofa bed .received the defectiveproduct .no service at all..they don't even try to rectify their mistakes. Horrible experience with wooden street.please don't buy from wooden street..

Horrible company. Horrible products & service. Check their returns & refunds page before ordering. If you are still placing an order, don’t make payment in advance. Pay token maybe. Rest, pay only once your product, meeting your quality criteria, is delivered and you are about to sign off on. Once they get hold of your money, they give $#!t all nothing about providing the product & service you paid for. Their customer service & logistics teams were likely picked up from the local fish market. I could be wrong, but that’s what I could tell from any interaction I had with them at least.

Never ever go to Wooden Street. We bought over 5 lakhs rupees furniture and the cabinet doors got bent in six months and the drawers got jammed up. The coffee table and the TV cabinet stand tops also got bent.
The biggest issue we have is that Wooden Street is just so oblivious and completely neglectful of our complaint. They sent carpenters who took some videos and said that they will report the issue. After that there has been silence and whenever we ask they say that they will send carpenters to rectify.
We wish we had never ever heard of Wooden Street.

Worst support experience! They deliver defective products & never even tries to replace it!! Worst customer experience!! Their representative so irresponsible, they don’t even know how to talk & do not have any idea on what is happening!! Only standard responses.

I have purchased sideboard, hydraulic bed, sofa set and lounge chairs from wooden Street Andheri store on 19th June 2022 and the delivery taken place in various dates in August and last on 22 August 2022 and for installation of the hydraulic bed we have to be behind them and finally installed on 13 September 2022. After that sideboard has created a bulging issue and all the joints of the wood are dislocated for which we have lodged multiple tickets in their website and call to their customer care and they sent carpenters they have chopped the excess woood.how can it behaves like that if it they used dried used as they claim... Then when we had an issue with bed and lodged a complaint and ticket has been generated they sent carpenters for inspection and found that the frame is of inferior quality because of which it got bend and needs to be replaced for which after dragging the issue from August 31 to 28 October and finally they said it is out of warranty. How this company is doing business in a unique way in the entire world where they claim that warranty starts from the date of delivery not from the date of installation.just delivering the pieces of wood and without sending any one for installation they will say your product is out of warranty such a unique company.. and many representative and their carpentry team managers all will talk in a different manner and finally nothing will be done.. after spending 2lakhs in this furniture it is a big lesson not to go ahead because of the look and feel. We have to do the business with values if that is not there no one will come to our rescue at a later date.

Never ever buy any product from woodenstreet your order will never be deliver to you also all customer reviews on website are fake. Company is fraud don't watse your money, all products comes with termite.

Good Experience by buying new bed from them. There was a little scratches at bottom but they are negligible. Satisfied with the service
