Zerowastemedals were able to accommodate numerous last minute changes as our event surged in registrations. That took a lot of the stress from us. When we found a small shortage in the delivery, they corrected it and put the missing medals on an overnight courier. I felt I was dealing with company that knew the stresses of dealing with a big event.

Another 5 STAR experience dealing with the team at Zero Waste Medals. All the participants at the event loved the sustainably produced medal they got for finishing and are already looking forward to proudly wearing another one in 2024! Timely delivery and an opportunity to return any unused product, which gets you a discount off a future order is super customer friendly and we'll definitely use your services again.

The team are very responsive to any requests - helpful and quick. The end product was excellent and the outcome of listening to our requests and supplier suggestions. Also delivered to timescale.
The only minor blip was the delivery box used was flimsy and could have done with taping/reinforcing on the base.

A fast turnaround given the quantities but the final quality wasn't so good.

The coronation coasters were great. It was just a little disappointing that the packaging it was posted in appeared to be plastic....not sure if it's recyclable.

Absolutely delighted with the medals and trophies that Zero Waste produced for us. Would not hesitate in recommending them to others for the quality and ethos behind the company.
My only issue this time was having to receive the delivery the day before the event was taking place due to the company being let down by their delivery company. Working on this very tight deadline was fairly stressful. Needless to say they kept me very well informed and sorted the issue.
I would prefer to receive any future orders at least a week earlier in future however, to allow for any unforeseen issues to be dealt with.

Ours was a last minute order and the team turned it around and got the medals to us in about 4 days. They sent through the design for confirmation before printing too. Very good service.
