Very good costumer service , and fast delivery, would buy again.

First said my flooring in stock and has to be ordered within a couple of hours for 2 days delivery. Agreed certain date on website. Placed the order. Then placed the fitter order. 2 days later message me saying it cannot come as the there is no stock. Told them there website is still saying they have stock. False advertising. Complained to them saying it's not good enough and I have already paid the fitter. Didn't even have the courtesy to say it was there mistake or even offer compensation or anything.

Excellent customer service, great advice and a really good price

We've used Wood2u twice and both times have received exceptional service.
On both occasions we have asked if we can either pick up our collection earlier than intended, or have it delivered earlier, and both times the lovely, friendly team have gone above and beyond to accommodate our requests, which has been amazing!
The quality of flooring is excellent and the prices are very reasonable with a huge range of options for all budgets.
It's great to have a nice, local, friendly and accommodating independent flooring company in our town. It's a rarity these days to get such great service, so well done!
We have a whole house to decorate and we will continue to use Wood2u for our flooring needs and will be recommending them to others! I'd give 10 stars if I could.

I’ve been asked to review the service and product when I have not yet received it after being told the delivery would be delayed for a week. I still have no idea of when it is being delivered

Materials were good but customer service and delivery disgraceful

Verry Happy with the service, delivered on time. No issues with the flooring. Customer service was very helpful with enquiries.

I placed an order with this company on Sunday, 22nd, and immediately experienced issues. The payment was taken from both my partner’s account and mine, yet we received no order confirmation. As customer service was unavailable on Sundays, we had to wait until Monday to resolve this.

When we finally got through on Monday, we explained the situation and were assured the order was being processed and would be delivered by Wednesday. We were also told that the duplicate payment had not gone through, however, the money is still being held as pending in my account, which is concerning.

On Wednesday, the driver called to confirm delivery would take place that day. Based on this, we arranged for our flooring installer to attend and begin preparation work.

Unfortunately, the delivery never arrived. After chasing the driver, we were told he had turned back due to a fallen branch approximately 200 metres from the address. While unforeseen issues can happen, no effort was made to inform us in advance, leaving us and our tradesperson waiting unnecessarily.

We then contacted the company again, only to be told they could not do much as the delivery is handled by a third-party courier. We were promised an update and potential delivery on Thursday. After further chasing (as no update was provided), we were told the delivery would arrive between 12–2pm and that being “third on the list” was considered a priority.

When I expressed my frustration about how poorly this situation had been handled, the customer service representative spoke over me, did not listen, and focused on making excuses for the delivery company. I was even made to feel as though I was at fault for arranging a tradesperson before receiving the order, despite being clearly told the delivery would take place. This response was particularly disappointing - at no point was there any accountability taken for the lack of communication.

Throughout this process, communication has been extremely poor. We’ve spent hours on the phone trying to resolve issues, while our tradesperson has been left waiting, costing us both time and money. All we expected was clear, proactive communication so we could plan accordingly and avoid unnecessary disruption.

Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Had a minor issue with my original order as the stock was damaged in the warehouse, but the Wood2U team sorted it out incredibly fast. They helped me switch to the Luxura Oslo SPC, hand-picked the matching profiles so everything looked perfect, and delivered it exactly when promised. They also included some complimentary adhesive for the inconvenience.
The flooring looks amazing and the customer service is genuinely second to none. Will definitely be using them again for future projects!

Just a neutral rating as sadly the samples I ordered have not arrived. Samples from other suppliers came through very quickly so, having waited just over a week, I have now placed an order elsewhere.
