I have ordered second time a wall paper for a project I am working for, and still awaiting since 7 weeks ago.
Incredible they never responded to my email claim.
Please dont order nothing on Wondermural i think it is a scam website, unless you tell me the opposite my experience has been very bad and not recommended to trust that website....

Wallpaper ?????????? Its a plastic sheet with terrible terrible printing. The other reviews are spot on. This is not wallpaper. DO NOT BE FOOLED INTO BUYING THIS PRODUCT. I can assure you that the good reviews on this are not genuine. You will never hang this product on the wall using any glues!!!!!!! Trust me or be prepared to suffer..

Wall CANVAS! Not paper. Crappy printing with frayed edges and crinkled canvas with ink missing. Total scam.

Wij zagen deze reviews pas nádat ik behang had besteld en ik schrok ervan! Maar gister is er behangen en degene die het heeft geplaatst zei dat het erg goede kwaliteit was. Het ziet er mooi uit dus al met al zijn wij zeer tevreden en voor niets bang geweest! Als het kon had ik er een foto bij geplaatst maar dat kan helaas niet. Onze zoon is in ieder geval helemaal happy met zijn dino behang!

This was a terrible experience. The wall mural I received looks nothing like the photo on their website — completely different colors, poor print quality, and not even close to what I paid for.
It feels misleading at best. I’ve requested a full refund and will be disputing the charge if this isn’t resolved quickly. Save your money and avoid this company.

Ik heb voor een unicorn behang gekozen bij Wondermural voor in totaal 250 euro en deze door een professionele behanger voor 150 euro laten ophangen. Echter sluit de print op de behangrollen totaal niet goed op elkaar aan en is het geen mooi geheel geworden. De afbeelding is nu helemaal scheef en echt niet zoals het zou moeten zijn. Als ik wist dat het zo slecht geprint en uitgesneden was had ik nooit behang bij Wondermural gekocht. Ik zou het op prijs stellen als ze mij financieel kunnen compenseren om het leed te verzachten, maar hun klantenservice doet helemaal niets.

Fotobehang met unicorn besteld voor de slaapkamer van onze dochter. We zouden een korting krijgen van 15% maar hebben dit niet gekregen.

Behang is binnen gekomen en door een professioneel bedrijf op de muur aangebracht. Zij gaven al meteen aan dat het niet goed aansluit, als ze de baan naar beneden deden zodat het dat deel wel aansloot, sloot het ergens anders niet aan. Heel duidelijk verkeerd geprint en gesneden.

Direct contact opgenomen met Wondermural. Meerdere foto's gemaild maar ze doen er helemaal niets aan. Ze geven het de schuld aan het onnauwkeurig aanbrengen op de muur wat echt onzin is.

Toen ik vervolgens nog vroeg naar de korting zeiden ze deden over te gaan maken. En toen ik nog een keer aangaf het niet eens te zijn met hun manier van oplossen deden ze alsof die 15% een gunst is die zij doen en dat dit onze tegemoetkoming is.

Echt belachelijk. Ik vind dit gewoon weggegooid geld, bijna €288 voor behang wat niet goed aansluit en het bedrijf doet er niks aan.

Ho ordinato il 10 febbraio della carta da parati per poterla installare nel mio negozio... purtroppo dopo 14 giorni non è ancora arrivata ,alla fine ho deciso di dipingere la parete dove dovevo installarla ,perché altrimenti avrei ritardato l' apertura del mio negozio. Da giorni risulta ferma in Olanda ho sollecitato più volte ,ma invano la risposta ricevuta è stata di portare pazienza.Tutto ciò ha comportato oltre al ritardo nell' apertura,un dispendio di soldi maggiore.Spero solo di riuscire ad essere rimborsata dato che la spesa della carta non è stata una spesa irrisoria.

We hadden mooi behang gezien en dus besteld.
Toen het binnen was hebben we het gelijk op de grond neer gelegd en goed bekeken.
Maar er klopte niks van, de kleuren waren anders, op het plaatje was er veel aarde tinten te zien en wat wij binnengekregen hebben was bijna zwart wit.
De lijnen van de bladeren ect waren heel dik en erg aanwezig.
Wij hebben dit uitgebreid laten weten maar wondermurap doet er niks aan.
Het hoort zo zeggen ze.

Kortom ze verkopen troep en de klantenservice is ook echt bagger slecht.
Geen coulance geen korting niks.
Weg gegooid geld dus..

It is hard to return.
You have to justify why you are returning once you state your reason they have a reason to not accept the return.
Money wasted.
Learned to look for company in US..

We ordered a Tree If Life wall mural, 6' x 6'. Great quality printed wallpaper and seams aligned perfectly, would recommend to everyone

Complete waste of money. I never even bothered putting it on the wall. A low resolution image blown up the size of a wall does not work. No response from customer service. They act like a scam company. Sooner they are out of business the better.

They sent us the wrong wallpaper even though we ordered the correct one. They admitted the fault was on their end. Aparently the QR code referenced the incorrect product which was an internal error on their behalf. It arrived and we handed it to our decorator who put it up. When we walked in for the big reveal it was wrong. We contacted the company who admitted liability. Now they have backtracked and said we should have known. Absolute joke. So £250 for the wrong wallpaper plus the cost to have it hung. Joke of a company. The paper that is up looks crap. Like others have said it’s really pixelated and the edges fray. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Finger weg! Die Tapete riecht ganz übel nach Chemie. Drei Tage lag sie im Keller der Raum stinkt trotz lüften immer noch. Jetzt liegt sie im Schuppen und müffelt vor sich hin. Design war toll aber leider kann man sie nicht im Innenraum verwenden. Viel Geld für nichts.

When ordering I checked where the company were based and with it being in Europe I thought great I’ll go for it. After placing my order I then realised it comes from China which then is most likely why it took double the time stated to arrive! Once it finally arrived and unpackaged I was disappointed in the quality of the image close up however didn’t look as bad from further away. Upon installing I was really disappointed in the quality. I have used self adhesive paper from other companies and it’s relatively easy to work with, this one however was pretty bad. For starters they don’t come with anything to use to smooth down, luckily as used other companies previously I had the tools to use. Secondly the paper is far too thick to be self adhesive and so when installing you cannot place in position and then remove and redo to realign if not quite right the first time as it completely sticks to the wall and rips off any paint etc which then leaves marks under the paper once installed. I think this will have totally wrecked the wall underneath when it comes to removing! Thirdly because it is too thick it’s near impossible to smooth out any bubbles as you can’t unpeel to reapply. I would not recommend this company. There are so many others who provide a much better quality and easy to use product as well as not coming all the way from China. I’d advise to go elsewhere

Pongo solo una estrella porque no puedo poner menos, hicimos un pedido de 500€ y el papel viene el dibujo estirado y de mala calidad y al devolverlo no hacen caso ni te contestas, es una estafa. Cuidado.

Was very excited to receive my wallpaper .was nervous hoping it would be of good quality after reading some reviews.
Took a long time to arrive about 9 weeks. Was beginning to think I was scammed..
But thankfully it arrived. And am very happy with my results

The mural is beautiful and when you are upclose it is a little pixelated however when you stand back this is not noticeable. The customer service on the other hand is absolutely terrible. When I put up my mural I was given 10 sheets so I divided the wall in half and put the middle sheet in the middle however when I got to both ends it was off by 6 inches on either side so I was left with one full white roll. I thought luckily it was only white at the ends so I can order an extra roll of just the white from my mural. Well this is NOT possible. The only option available is to purchase the entire mural again. That is absolutely ridiculous. I completely understood the colors might be off a bit and I was fine with that but there was no way to get another roll of the white. I ended up cutting my remaining white sheet in half out of desperation. Completely disappointed.

The delivered product is low quality, some colours are matching the picture, some are totally different, so in the end you’ll get a totally different wallpaper than expected. Customer service won’t change, help nor refund anything.
