Customer services are awful, I was a plus member with them and spent thousands on wolt, using them daily.
I ordered one meal that was stone cold, not even slightly warm
I complained to customer services and was basically told I was lying, with no support or refund offered in anyway
Bare in mind I placed hundreds of orders with Wolt, very rarely complained, the response and attitude from wolf was simply disgusting
I will never use them again and I hope others see this before ordering
Delayed delivery
On the app was saying the food would arrive in 30 min. However it has been 1 hour and it didn't arrive. Worse food delivery. And they do not refund in this case. Cold food and bad experience.
Wolt and Costablu Gourmet Fish Shop, Malta (POOR customer service)
We placed an order via Wolt in Malta ON 18 November 2023. Costablu Gourmet Fish Shop (Psaila Street Sta Venera, STV 1010) was supposed to deliver two fish, and some prawns. When the order arrived, only one fish was delivered. We notified Wolt immediately but Costablu Gourmet Fish Shop disputed our claim. After the initial engagement, Wolt offered us a EUR 3 credit for a product we were charged EUR 10 for, and it was not delivered. We have had no response to our repeated requests for a refund in full since yesterday.
If you check Google Reviews, Costablu Gourmet Fish Shop has done this previously to several other customers, charging them for a product and not delivering it in the end.
My first time using wolt in Europe…
My first time using wolt in Europe as we don't have it in the UK, I cannot fault the service, it's better than Uber here. Recieved our order but it was missing an item, I contacted them and they asked if we wanted the item sent out or a refund, I opted for a refund and they gave it as credit in my account. I ordered at the airport when we were leaving I thought they only had one airport to my surprise they had still had an old airport area on maps the driver contacted me and said that is an abandoned location I explained I was at the airport and he diverted to me with the food, two drivers!!! Uber will leave your food on the ground in that type of situation! I had a very positive experience with them and will use them again when I'm in Europe, I don't know why all the negative reviews.

They used to be a good delivery service , lately the company has just been getting worse. When I complained abt the food i received ( meat was inedible and hard as a rock!!) they refused to help me… they said they had to get a reply from the restaurant! Took hours during which i still had no food as i trashed the whole order (old and recycled food!) i also provided photos of the food as proof , you could easily see the poor quality. After waiting several more hours … got a refund for the food but not the delivery… so i still lose…. And I didn’t get any food…!!!! Unacceptable…. Never gonna use again… byeeee
