The worst company ever, I ordered 2 times, each time I pay for shipping and before arrival of product they charge extra importing fees which is very high. I will never buy from this company again. It's ridiculous and disrespectful
This is the worst company to order from as they don't provide a full refund when the shoes are returned when never worn rather, they give you a store credit. After spending $10 to return shoes received notification that the shoes were damaged and that is not true as never worn!
You're gambling money with them, spend only what you are ready to loose for nothing.
What changes the discount if the thing would never be delivered and there is no refunds
Can't receive goods more then 2.5 month due their delivery vendor is UPS and you can check what it is.
I wanted to try but I have no choice to buy a pairs for season from other companies cause they totally fail to support wherever I contacted whoever.
Just buy many pairs from your country. Even for delivery price you can buy one! lol
Bought 2 pairs of dress shoes. Soles came apart within 3 months. Customer service continues to ignore me. I paid +$380 for each pair. Outright scam and dishonest company. Stay away. Better options out there for way less!
The shoes not only didn't fit, they hurt my feet. The toe box narrows at the tip and actually pinched my toes, and yes the size (11.5) was accurate. I tried on another pair at a department store and even sized up, they still were very uncomfortable. For the price not at all what I expected. Now I'm retuning them and with all the bad reviews I'm worried I won't get a refund.
I have bought dress shoes, crossovers and casual sport shoes from Wolf & Shepherd and they all have comparable comfort, weight and quality, regardless of if you go with a casual or dress shoe.
For a small (or maybe not so small) but growing company, i'm impressed with their quality of product and service. Some of the shoes are leather and I've been people comment that the quality is not as good as other cheaper brands - well, people saying this don't know how to take care of good leather shoes. These are really true Full-grain Italian leather. Its the best of the best.
This company will be HUGE one day, it is just a matter of time.
For everyone else who hasn't been happy, I think it is an anomaly. I've bought 7 pairs from them now over the last 8 years and they just keep getting better.

Worse company I have ever dealt with. I order my husband shoes for Christmas. He didn’t like like the fit of them so I returned the shoes December 28th. They received the shoes January 7 & it has now been over 2 months with NO REFUND. I have called & emailed the company repeatedly &still nothing. For such a large company with pricey shoes you would think they would be able to do a return & refund in the time it displays on their website. 5 business days. Not over 2 months with still nothing!!
DO NOT order from this company. If you need to return shoes, they do not give refunds. I have been waiting over 1 month now and customer service (via email) keeps giving me the runaround. They don't pick-up the phone as well. Steer clear.....
I had high hopes for Wolf & Shepherd, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. I returned my shoes over 20 days ago, and despite multiple follow-ups, I still haven’t received my refund. Their customer service is unresponsive and keeps giving vague answers without any resolution.
For a premium brand, I expected a smooth return process, but instead, I’ve been stuck waiting with no clear timeline. I won’t be buying from them again, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone who values their time and money.
The customer service is horrendous. They refuse to do exchanges on items that were gifted, even though they are still brand new, in the box. All that was needed was a size exchange. I love everything about the product, and the build quality is there. It's just a terrible customer service model that is in place
